Pokken Tournament Fandub: Giving Nia a good voice!
Project Overview
This is just a small project where I have a talented voice actress play Nia in an attempt to give her a good english voice for Pokken Tournament cause the games dub is pretty bad!

Rules:
GOOD MIC QUALITY: I'm fine with anything as long as it has little to no background noise and I can hear you clearly but an XLR mic is preferred!
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IS PRETTY MUCH AN ORIGINAL TAKE: I don't want you to sound like the English VA that's not the point, the point is to give Nia an actually good english voice that conveys a good level of varying emotions, like I said if you are to use a reference I'd say her Japanese voice actress or maybe Cristina Vee.
DEDICATION: If I cast you be ready to do some lines for her, it's nothing too overwhelming it's just doing her voice lines in the game so don't bail out on me if you are cast!

For Nia what I'm looking for is a very sweet and encouraging female voice in around the mid-high range, my ideal voice for her is kind of Cristina Vee but I mostly want an original take on her since the point is to give her a good english voice since her English voice wasn't very great. You can go for sounding like the english by any means as long as you can make it sound not as bland but if you are to go for someone go for the Japanese since it's far better (which is something I rarely say) so have fun and let's see what you gals come up with. The point is to actually convey different emotions with her as Nia's english VA was pretty much a robot the whole time.
Character info:
As you start the game, you will meet the advisor, Nia. She will take you on a tour of the various parts of the game and offer various advice both before matches and even during them. Partnered with her Weavile, she is just there to give you various tooltips, but she also has an impact on battles.
(Curious) "Which Pokemon are you using for support? I always just go with my gut!"
(Concerned) "Yikes it's that black Mewtwo! Can it even hold in all that energy?"
(Happy) "Whew that was awesome! By the book battles are nice but a fun match isn't bad either!"
