Welcome wonderful voice actors and actresses to Please Date Me, Ms.Devil!
This is a Video Game that is currently in creation for the NaNoRenO2026 game Jam! [https://itch.io/jam/nanoreno-2026] The teams are set , the whistle has been blown, and we are off! Time to pull in the talent. This is the teams first ever Game Jam and I will be your primary connection to them!
So , what are we about? PDM,MD! is a GL Dating Sim that revolves around you, a typical college student, trying to navigate through your monotonous life. That is, until you stumble across an Ad for an odd sounding dating site called "7-Days-Devish Girlfriend Service" out of curiousity- or sheer boredom, you figure why not? A missing kidney never hurt anyone... ( No kidneys were harmed in the marking of this joke.) But, luck is on your side and the woman who knocks on your door is the woman...or devil of your dreams! Will you manage to seduce her in the 7 fluff-filled days? Only one way to find out!
This game will only have week to cast and one week to voice act. Seeing as the script is currently over 20k words we will be implementing a mixture of "Barks" for the common dialogue and full voice acting for the cutscenes.
PLEASE make sure you are avaliable for this quick turn around time. Live sessions with myself are encouraged, but if you prefer written feedback this is doable as well.

-Will there be any swearing in this game?
There is likely to be basic swearing in this game such as ,but not limited to...fuck,shit,damn, ect.
-Will there be any NSFW content? (Sex, gore, gratuitous violent?)
No. There will be mentions of dark/heavy emotions at some point in the game and perhaps kissing. But, nothing else.
-Will there be any AI used in the production?
NO. NO AI WILL BE USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF THIS GAME. This game jam, myself, and all production members of the team are ANTI-AI.
-------------Requirements------------------
- Two takes
- Either (ABCABC) & (AABBCC) format is fine.
- .MP3 format prefered for auditions, .OGG for final submissions.
- No phone mics!
- As little background noise as possible
- Basic cleanup knowledge (noise reduction, bass & treble boost, ect.)

During the recording process if we stumble into the need for further extras we will reach out to you via CCC! Everyone, even those who did not specifically audition for the extras, will be eligible.

No matter what the results are I want to thank each and every one of you individually for auditioning for this game jam. And let me be the first to say I was not expecting so many of you talented individuals to submit. I'm tempted to think Ms.Devil herself brought you to me! Haha.

Ray, otherwise known as, Ray-of-sunshine (by the casting director only), is exactly as his name implies. He is filled with warmth and light. He can be a bit irresponsible with his money sometimes, but his heart is always in the right place. Ray is very close to the player and often calls them "dude" or "bro".
