Peril and Turtle Join Forces - Wings of Fire: Escaping Peril Graphic Novel Dub
Project Overview
Hi there, potential Turtles!
Welcome to the Peril and Turtle join forces dub! To clarify, this is a scene dub, NOT the entire graphic novel.
I just need a voice for Turtle, and, aside from that, this project is essentially finished. I've attached the video so far, so you can get a feel for the scene. I voice Peril, here; my recording space is getting an overhaul soon. This was recorded before that. My audio isn't perfect (Will make some major tweaks before releasing it on Youtube), so if your audio isn't perfect either, that's totally fine, as long as it isn't absolutely deep-fried.
I use a Rode-NT1 mic and Audacity, but feel free to use whatever you have (again, as long as it doesn't sound horrendously crunchy).
Thanks for auditioning! I can't wait to see what you bring to the table :)
Voice Actor
Socially awkward and prefers to blend into the background. Has a hopeful energy of wanting to be a hero, clashing with a belief that he only makes everything worse. Has a smug, jokey side to him, once you get to know him. Keeps a lot of secrets. mm
Lower voice, stammery, maybe a little geeky, think Blu from the movie Rio, or Varian from TTS.

Hi. I, uh...came to rescue you?
(Teasing) Your face looks like it hates me today. Could you remind it that I'm really quite nice?
(Panicking) I'm going home! He can't follow me there. Unless he CAN! He could use magic to breathe underwater. Or make the ocean evaporate. HE COULD DO ANMYTHING!
