Olha Bolinha
Project Overview
We are a team of 5 2D animators looking for 5 Portuguese voice actors and actresses who would be interested in working on our graduation film ! We're based in Rubika, Valenciennes, a French art school with a curriculum of 5 years. As we're reaching the final version of our animatic/storyboard, we will soon be starting the production phase : that's where we need your participation !
Our movie takes place in Portugal in the 90's and follows "a day at the sea" of a Portuguese family, a story based on the childhood memories of the director of our movie, Matt Taborda, who is Portuguese himself The family is composed of the father Jorge (30 years old), the mother Isabel (30 years old), the twins Gabriela and Rafael (12 years old), and our main character Lucas (8 years old).
We are looking for light-hearted tones, as our movie aims at giving the audience an uplifting and positive impression !
If you are a fluent Portuguese (Portugal) speaker and if you think you could fulfill one or multiple roles among our main characters, and if the project interests you, obviously, do not hesitate to send us a reply at [redacted] !
This project cannot be financially compensated, as the school does not allocate us any funds. However, your name will be in the credits, the movie will feature on IMDB, and will be participating in as many animation festivals as possible (you will also be able to use extracts of the movie in your demo reel)
