Who am I?
Hello! My name is Neil Simmons and I am a voice-over artist but am looking for experienced voice-over artists for this project.
What is this?
This is a casting call for creating a fan Dub version of the Studio Ghibli film Ocean Waves.
For those of you unfamiliar with Ocean Waves (SPOILER ALERT), here is the IMDb listing which includes the trailer, original cast, and plot summary.

Requirements:
First of all, I would like to state that, this is purely for fun and nothing more, so unfortunately due to my lack of money I can't make this a paid project. Anyways, what I'm looking for in terms of requirements is:
- have a controlled recording environment to limit as much background noise as much as possible.
- You need to have a microphone capable of recording, something decent. For example a condenser mic. You can also use a dynamic mic.
- You must be at least the age of 16 or older to join my server or to collaborate.
- Show emotion in your voice if the character requires emotion.
- Also, have some knowledge of Ocean Waves or at least be mindful of Studio Ghibli's film style.

About
Although her classmates, especially the boys, admire her due to her school achievements, she doesn't talk much with her classmates, which makes her appear arrogant. But that's not the case, since actually she expects her classmates to come and speak to her. Therefore, Yutaka Matsuno is the only boy who speaks to her. This is because she struggles with Kōchi dialect, since she comes from Tokyo, where nobody speaks it (Kōchi dialect reminds her of films about samurai).
Due to the difficult relationship with her mother, she distrusts other people; she doesn't trust even to her close friends Yutaka Matsuno, Taku Morisaki and Yumi Kohama. However, they feel sorry for her because her parents' divorce and moving to other city. After all, she doesn't just have to get used to the new dialect, she also left her old friends. However, Rikako is not afraid to show her feelings. So one night she throws herself into Taku's arms.
However, her indifferent behavior makes her an outsider, which means that Yutaka and Taku no longer talk to her. She even argues with Taku, which ends in a duet slapping the face. Only after graduating from school does she realize that she was selfish and lets Akiko Shimizu apologize to the two boys.
She always wanted to stay in Tokyo. So she enrolls at the university in Kōchi, but she studies in Tokyo, where one day she meets Taku at Kichijōji station.

About
She isn't the student-body president, but she keeps a strong company among the girls. She gives advice not to backbite as it damages their solidarity. She is respected for her effort to keep the girls together, besides Rikako Muto. She dislikes Rikako for their years at Kouchi Outemae High School.
Later on she changes her mind about Rikako. She recognizes the world is much bigger than her own world as a teenager. She even starts talking to Rikako, when she meets her in Obiyamachi. At the class reunion, she tells Taku and Yutaka Matsuno about her conversation with Rikako in Obiyamachi.

About
While in Tokyo, Rikako Muto heads to a restaurant in the hotel to meet with Okada. Over the course of the meal, she discovers that he is not the type of person she once thought he was. He has also started dating Rikako's best friend. During the meal, Rikako telephones Taku Morisaki to ask him to rescue her from the situation. When Taku met him, he thought Okada was really handsome.

Alright, I guess I'll confess too. Actually, I liked Yumi Kohama for a loooong time.
I've always cared about her. She was always behind the prominent Muto. She's so cute. I always thought that, while you were looking at Muto.
