Project Overview
Obsidian is written by Jennifer L. Armentrout. I really enjoyed this book series, so I thought it would be fun to make an adaptation of the first book using the Sims 2. I’m going to try to keep it as close to the source as possible but there will be some things that won’t be completely accurate or there will be things left out. I’m really excited to get this in the works, hopefully you’ll join me in the process.
Summary of the story:
Katy and her Mother move from Florida to West Virginia. As she gets to know her neighbors, Dee and Daemon, she realizes there’s something strange about them. One night Katy is attacked by a strange man and Daemon comes to her rescue. Katy’s relationship with Dee starts to grow, secrets begin to unravel and Katy gets wrapped around into their world.
Additional Info about the series;
I have about 8 episodes already scripted out, and I'm aiming for 13 episodes in total with the remaining chapters I have left to script. This series will only be 1 season.
My main rule is if you get a role please stay committed I’ll be pretty lenient when it comes to lines, if you need extra time just tell me. Deadline will be 2 to 3 weeks, whichever the voice actors I choose will be comfortable with.

2. Be able to meet deadlines, and again if you can't met it just tell me and I'll give more time.
3. Be able to communicate. I'll have multiple ways where you can get in touch with me.
The official Deadline is June 25th, but will be extended if needed.

Katy is portrayed as a spunky teen who is just trying to get through high school. Equipped with a sharp tongue, Katy happily lobs verbal grenades at Daemon, engaging with him head on, demonstrating her strength of character. She finds comfort in reading different books and updating her book blog, and gardening since she finds it be calming. She cares for all of her friends and will stick up for them no matter what the circumstance, and deeply loves her mother. She is very kind, strong, and takes care of her family and friends.
(sarcastic) Yeah, thanks for that by the way. There's nothing like a boy being blackmailed into hanging out with you to boost the self-esteem.
(insulted) I wasn't imagining anything! And I know how to tell time, you jerk.
(voice rough)
I...wanted to go to the library.
(pauses)
It wasn't that...late. It's not...like we are in a crime-ridden...city. He said he needed help...flat tire.

Dee has a very bubbly and bright personality. She loves to make new friends, but the fact that she must hide her true identity makes it difficult to do so.

Ash comes off as a bitch, but once you get to know her she can become very likable. She is very protective and she becomes jealous of Katy because she receives the attention of Daemon.

I can't do this, Daemon. Maybe you guys can be okay with this, but I'm not. This is wrong.And yeah, maybe I was being a bitch, but you don’t understand. They are all I have. I’ll do anything to keep them safe.
(shrieking,sputters)

Daemon, come off as arrogant. His outer demeanor usually consists of him making snarky and sarcastic comments, especially towards those he has no interest in being acquainted with. Daemon is protective and possessive; especially towards his family. He would do anything and everything to protect those he loves. The arrogance he has turn out to be a mask, hiding his true thoughts, reactions and personality.
(low,frustrated)
Why would they? Maybe you're feeling a little paranoid. I would be if I'd been attacked after moving to a new town.(softly,reassuring)
