Daemon, come off as arrogant. His outer demeanor usually consists of him making snarky and sarcastic comments, especially towards those he has no interest in being acquainted with. Daemon is protective and possessive; especially towards his family. He would do anything and everything to protect those he loves.  The arrogance he has turn out to be a mask, hiding his true thoughts, reactions and personality.

    Why would they? Maybe you're feeling a little paranoid. I would be if I'd been attacked after moving to a new town.

    I'm not going to hurt you. I want to talk to you. I need to talk to you, do you understand?

  • (sarcastic)

    I bet you think things through, right? Accept candy from strangers and get into vans with a sign that reads free Kittens?
