Nocturne is my new WEBTOON Comic That is currently upcoming! Follow Jack as he struggles to keep his band, Nocturne, afloat while also dealing with his and other people’s personal issues!
This casting call is for the dubbed version of the comic that will be on my YouTube channel!

Jack is the main character of Nocturne! He is the vocalist and lead guitarist for the band. He struggles with Bipolar Disorder and Insomnia. Jack is a bit of a ladies man, naturally having a charm to him.
His voice should be fairly Mid-pitch with a bit of a light rasp to it. Jack is an emotional guy, you must be okay with yelling, possible crying noises, as well as being flirty and romantic.

Blake is the brother of Jack, and also the overarching antagonist of the story. Blake on the outside is extremely calm and collected. He has Bipolar Disorder. Blake works with the band every once in a while, sometimes singing alongside his brother. Blake is extremely possessive over Jack for story reasons.
Blakes voice should be kind of monotone, but with a sort of smooth suave undertone. He has a bit of a lighter tone to his voice with very little grit to it. Must be comfortable yelling and crashing out.

Mei is a fairly outgoing girl introduced to the Band by Gabe within the first few chapters of Nocturne. She does Audio mixing and editing for the band, and attends most rehearsals. Mei has some body image issues, as well as having extreme ADHD that she is unmedicated for.
Mei's voice should be feminine and Sweet, mid to high pitched with an elegance to it.

Azalea, better known as Azar, is a very motherly person. She cares a lot about people. She struggles with Depression, Anxiety, and an early case of Schizophrenia. She is one of Mei's closest friends, also gets close with Jack toward the end of the series.
Azar's voice should be mid-pitched, caring, warm and motherly, but also able to get dark and quiet. Must be okay with Crying Noises, Yelling, and crashing out.

Thomas, Known mostly as Tam, is a bit of a chaos agent. He is the bassist for Nocturne, also singing in a few random released singles. He is also a huge support to Jack throughout the story.
Tam's voice is extremely raspy, at a medium pitch. Think Violent J from Insane Clown Posse vibe-wise. Must be comfortable with excessive cursing.

Arlo is Nocturne's voice of reason. Arlo is a bit of a father figure to Jack, despite being a few months younger than him. Arlo is 2nd in command when it comes to band decisions. He is an overall good guy who just makes questionable decisions sometimes.
Arlo's voice is pretty deep, but smooth. He should preferably sound responsible and mature.

Bernard is an Ex-Member of Nocturne, he was originally their sound guy until the band began gaining traction and he left on his own volition. Bernard is Jack's best friend. Bernard is still very close with the band and occasionally will play with them during practices.
Bernard's voice is middle-pitch and he canonically has a British accent, however I wont be very picky about that. He sort of just sounds like any generic dude.

Gabe is the Keyboardist for the band! He tends to take a backseat when it comes to band decisions, but that is by choice. He is actually very Cynical about genuinely everything, but is basically the rich kid of the band. Gabe is very close with Tam, despite having completely opposite personalities.
Gabe's voice is pretty medium tone, although he has a bit of a prepubescent teenager sound to it due to being on testosterone)
