Project Overview
Misfits is a silly comic strip about a friend group's various adventures in and around their home, Starlight City. As of now, there are over 30 comics, usually out bi-weekly, which we are aiming to dub.
The comics can be read here: https://www.instagram.com/misfitstoon/
Our other long-term goal is to make cartoons with the characters. Naturally, the voice cast would be happily welcomed to carry over for that material too, when that time comes - however, we have no ETA on that beyond some in progress scripts, and I'd hate to promise something I've yet to deliver.
Voice Actor
Andrea lives as if one step away from being discovered; whether by a director, a soulmate, or the universe. She’s got a big heart and believes in destiny. Any reason to flex her acting chops or put on a big show is enough for her. Her advice is often borderline non sequitur, but sometimes helps out in the end.

Everything happens for a reason. Especially heartbreak - it’s the universe’s favorite rewrite.
Okay, sure, maybe I DID tell Maddie’s cousin’s neighbor that I landed a role in this year's summer blockbuster. But it’s not technically a lie until it doesn’t happen, right?
You think I don’t know people talk about me? Like I’m some lost cause wrapped in glitter? Well, even if I am, at least I still believe in something.
Voice Actor
Maddie’s always got an angle, a shortcut, or a story too good to be true. She’s quick on her feet and charming when it suits her; if she can bluff, barter, or finagle her way into something, she will. Maddie thrives on the thrill of the hustle. The performance of it all excites her, and she doesn’t take kindly to failure.

Relax! I’ve got this completely under control. Okay, maybe not completely. But, like, seventy percent. Sixty-five. Point is, trust me.
You ever notice how when I lie, it’s called ‘scheming', but when Andrea does it, it’s called ‘method acting’?
Look, I know I mess things up sometimes... but I always fix them! Eventually. Mostly. You guys just see a lot of the part before it works out.
Voice Actor
Calm and grounded, Jesse doesn’t need to raise his voice to be heard. There's a quiet intensity behind that demeanor, though; Jesse trains relentlessly to keep himself balanced. The mind and spirit are sacred things to him, and he's always in pursuit of emotional clarity. He may come off serious or aloof to strangers, but those close to him know a warm and dryly funny side.

You think strength is about how hard you can hit? Try holding back when you want to. That’s real power.
I spent years learning how to breathe through pain. Turns out it doesn’t help much when it’s emotional. You can’t spar your way out of heartbreak.
Alex says I’m boring because I don’t leap into every explosion he finds. I say he’s predictable because he does. Funny how that works.
Voice Actor
Terra is tough, confident, and unapologetically outspoken. She doesn't care what others think of her, except for those deeply close to her. Even then, she doesn’t always take what they have to say to heart. She’ll speak her mind regardless of reading the room, which can make her come off hot-headed or short-sighted.

Oh, please. If I had a dollar for every time one of you idiots told me to ‘take it easy,’ I'd go buy more agreeable friends.
Hey, I don’t do the whole feelings talk, okay? If I didn’t care, I wouldn’t be here. So either take the help, or get out of my garage.
Sometimes I think I’m running out of time. Like… everyone else has it figured out, and I’m still just playing pretend. But then I get on stage, and for three minutes, it feels like maybe I actually belong somewhere.
