this my very first time roleplay for Minecraft so i do need help with stuff like advice and other things
I need for this project people is EST time i live in Indiana so I prefer someone has the same time zone with me for it be easier on everyone
this roleplay will be 16+ who ever is audition will need to meet the requirement
All voice actors will be doing body acting since i cant put two options so you be doing acting too in the minecraft server while talking
Project Overview & Requirements
Welcome to the team! Here is a breakdown of what this project is all about and exactly what you need to play, build, and work with us on this Java Edition Modded Minecraft roleplay series.
you will all be body acting since we be most likely on call or voice chat on the world while acting
Critical Requirements
Age Limit: All participants must be 16+ to audition and join the project.
Time Zone: You must be in the EST (Eastern Standard Time) time zone (or very close to it). I live in Indiana, and keeping everyone on the same time zone will make scheduling build sessions, tests, and filming much easier on everyone.
Dual Roles (Voice + Body Acting): There are no separate "voice-only" options. All voice actors will also be doing the body acting inside the Minecraft server. We will most likely be on a Discord call or using proximity voice chat in-game while acting out the scenes in real-time.
Technical Setup
To participate, your computer must be able to run the following:
Platform: Minecraft Java Edition
Launcher: CurseForge App (We will use a custom CurseForge profile to sync all mod versions).
Mods: You must be able to run and work with our modlist, which includes Blockbuster (for custom models and animations) along with various terrain, structure, and worldbuilding mods.

Hi! I'm Finn, the creator, writer, and director behind period zero, an original Minecraft horror roleplay series.
I'm bringing my own story to life through Minecraft, combining psychological horror, mystery, suspense, and survival into one unforgettable experience. My goal is to create a series filled with secrets, unexpected twists, emotional moments, and characters that viewers can grow attached to.
I want to create a world that makes people question what's really happening, keeps them guessing, and leaves them wanting to know what happens next. This project is something I'm passionate about, and I'm looking for creative, dedicated people who want to help turn my vision into reality.

The story begins with a group of students who decide to venture into a deep forest after dark. What seems like an ordinary adventure soon turns into a nightmare when something follows them home. As students begin dying one by one, the survivors must uncover the truth before it's too late.
Viewers can expect eerie locations, unsettling discoveries, emotional character moments, unexpected twists, and a mystery that grows darker with every episode.
The question is: how long can they survive before the truth catches up with them?

🏗️ BUILDERS — HIGHEST PRIORITY
Help create the world of period zero, including a realistic high school, dark forests, creepy houses, bedrooms, and mysterious locations tied to the story. If you enjoy building detailed environments and creating immersive worlds, this role is especially important!
🎭 BODY ACTORS
Bring the characters to life during filming! Follow scenes and stage directions, interact with other characters, and help make the story feel believable and engaging.
🎥 RECORDERS
Capture clean footage and cinematic shots that help make every scene immersive. Experience with Replay Mod, shaders, or cinematic camera work is a plus.
✂️ EDITORS
Transform recorded footage into suspenseful episodes with horror sound effects, music, transitions, pacing, and atmosphere. Help create the tension that makes viewers want to keep watching.
You don't have to do everything. Choose the role that fits your skills and interests, and let's work together to bring this story to life!

he main character's closest friend and biggest source of support. They're usually the person who knows the main character better than anyone else. However, as the mystery unfolds, their loyalty is tested, and they may be hiding something about the night in the forest.
Personality: Loyal, protective, honest, emotionally driven.

The friend who realizes early on that something is terribly wrong. They constantly feel watched and notice strange things before everyone else does. The others sometimes dismiss their fears, until their warnings start coming true.
Personality: Nervous, sensitive, observant, cautious.

The friend who suggested or encouraged the trip into the forest. They act fearless and refuse to admit that they're scared. When things get dangerous, their impulsive decisions sometimes put the entire group at risk.

A student who isn't as close to the rest of the friend group. They may have joined the trip at the last minute or been invited despite not knowing everyone well. Because they see things from a different perspective, they may notice clues the others overlook.

Role: someone/something hunting the students. Its identity and origins are unknown, and it seems to know things about the group that it shouldn't. The actor should use a creepy, threatening voice and make the character feel unpredictable and inhuman.

Role: A high school teacher who begins noticing strange behavior among the students as they start disappearing. They initially try to maintain order, but eventually realize something terrible is happening at the school. The actor should portray authority, concern, and growing fear.
