INTRODUCTION
Hi there, everybody! Matchmaking for Ghosts, a charming but eerie visual novel game about finding love in the afterlife, is currently accepting submissions.
The game, created by us, Adoraboo Studios, blends dark comedy and gothic storytelling in a warm, eerie setting.
Pre-alpha testing has already been finished, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We are currently looking for four voice performers to bring our primary cast to life with expressive sighs, gasps, brief voice lines, and emotional nuance as our December 2025 DEMO release approaches.

Concept:
You’re a recently departed soul forced into a supernatural “dating game” run by Death himself. Eight ghosts each tied to a distinct emotion, must pair up or risk fading away forever. Every round peels back layers of regret, love, and identity, exploring what it means to be remembered.

Tone: Charismatic, venomous, elegant with bite
Character Summary:
Once a noblewoman, now a ghost with a flair for theatrics. Classy but cruelly blunt, Alice delights in manipulation and terror while secretly yearning for redemption.
Performance Notes:
Smooth, layered with menace and vanity. Capable of both sultry calm and sudden bursts of fury. Likely on the more mature side.

Character Summary:
A once-living Latin detective, Ryder represents bravery and grounded optimism. He’s the comforting voice in chaos of the game. He’s a bit goofy and gruff, but means the best.
Performance Notes:
Sincere, steady, with emotional restraint. Slight rasp may help. He smokes a bit.

Tone: Relaxed, cool-headed, casually honest
Character Summary:
Zack is the type of ghost who always has a joke ready and seems to have everything worked out. He seldom lets people see the calm tiredness and… underlying bitterness that lies behind his laid-back exterior. When feelings emerge to the surface, they are honest and unfiltered.
Performance Notes:
Natural, warm, a little teasing. More lived-in realism than drama. Seems like he’s the cool one, as if he doesn't really care how things go, but he does deep down.
