Project Overview

Welcome to La Mano dei Ferrero! A cinematic audio drama series.
This is a scripted audio drama series, styled more like a cinematic story than a podcast. Think of it as a movie for your ears. It's scripted, dramatic, and character-driven storytelling told through voice acting, immersive sound design, and music. The world is gritty, emotional, and rooted in organized crime, where power and loyalty become a blur.

You’ll be voicing characters who live in the shadows of syndicates, families, rivalries, and blood-soaked promises. These roles carry weight, are emotionally rich, narratively sharp, and never just background filler. Some characters are recurring. Others leave a lasting impact in one scene.

General Rules for Auditions

  1. Mic Quality — Please record in a treated or quiet space. No heavy reverb, background noise, or distorted audio.

  2. Multiple Takes Welcome — 2–3 variations per line are encouraged so we can hear your range.

  3. File Format — Submit clean, raw audio in .mp3 or .wav (no effects, no music).

  4. Deadlines — Respect project deadlines. If you need more time, communicate early.

  5. Pronunciation Notes — Some roles include short Italian phrases. Pronunciation guides will be provided. If more help is needed, paste the words in Google Translate in Italian to get a good idea of the pronunciation.

  6. Respect & Professionalism — This is a serious, cinematic project. We expect professionalism and communication throughout.

Note: Payment is a flat rate for the entire role/episode and not an hourly session. CCC auto-labels it “per hour,” but actual pay is $25–$100 total, depending on the role. The final rate will be confirmed after casting based on role size and performance.

Forms accepted are PayPal and CashApp. If you prefer another method, let me know, I’m happy to work with what’s comfortable for you. :)

Primary contact will be through Discord (preferred). Please include your Discord ID in your audition notes or be ready to connect if cast.

More roles may be offered as the series unfolds. I'm looking for voices that bring tension, subtlety, and intimidation. To have silence feel dangerous and dialogue hit. Strong performances may be considered for future supporting or recurring roles.

There is no NSFW content, vulgar language, or AI replacement included in the making of this story.

  • La Mano Ferraro Update 🎙 Casting / Future Opportunities

    First off, I want to thank everyone once again for the incredible turnout. La Mano Ferrero received over 800 auditions, and I can’t say enough about the talent and dedication that came through.

    Every submission brought something greatly unique, and this project wouldn’t have had the same energy without all of you. While only a select number of actors will be cast for this first episode, I want everyone to know this is just the start of the stories.
    There are additional projects and storylines currently in development within the same and different universes, and many of the voices I’ve heard here will absolutely be considered for those future roles.


    This includes those who auditioned for the Narrator — I’ve heard some fantastic storytelling voices that may fit perfectly in upcoming audio stories with different tones and genres. So if you don’t receive a role this round, please don’t take it as the end; it’s simply what I would call Round One of the much bigger world being built. I’m taking note of strong auditions for future casting calls and will be reaching out as those projects progress.

    📣Auditions are now officially closed! And I’m honestly blown away by the turnout. We’ve received over 780+ submissions, and the quality has been incredible across each role!


    I give my greatest thank-you to everyone who took the time to audition, give their heart, and bring these characters to life. I’ll be reviewing submissions carefully over the next several days and will begin sending out callbacks & final selections soon after.


    Even if you aren’t cast in this round of submissions, there will be more opportunities in future episodes and supporting roles as the series grows. I consider all of your performances, and I’ll be keeping note of the standout voices submitted in this project for future consideration.
