Project Overview
STAFF RULES/GUIDELINES:
1. Please be reliable. If you need to leave the project please let me know, I understand things come up especially since all behind the scenes positions are long term. I would prefer you letting me know ahead of time rather than leaving without saying a word.
2. Discord is required. You will be part of the behind-the-scenes staff on the channel, so it is very important you are on the production server with the other cast.
Aside from comic editors, the other positions will be assisting for this channel:https://www.youtube.com/@CeragonDubsOtome. Comic editors will be assisting for our The Arcana channel and our main channel (genshin impact comics).

**This role is for our otome editors; this is not to be confused with comic editors.
I am looking for editors of all skill levels. The editing for our otome videos will not need to be flashy or fancy.
Otome editors will be helping me create and edit videos for our otome fandubs channel. Please note that videos WILL be long, you will be editing approx 1 or 2 hours of videos and they will end up being around 30-40 minutes long.
How this will work?
1. To ease the workload, ahead of time, I will be cutting down each actors' lines and takes, and try to provide you with less takes
2. You will be provided the original recorded game files that will help serve as a guide for what music and SFX to use, as well as where and when to place actor lines (they use the videos as scripts). For the most part, everything you need will be provided. It is just cutting parts that are not needed, adding in voice lines, adding in music and SFX, and then finishing up the video.
3. I will be providing each editor access to a folder on Mega where you may upload your finished videos. Mega is a storage place. Uploading onto my folder on mega will use my storage and not yours, however you will be required to make an account.
4. Each editor will be assigned a specific route to edit and be in charge of. You may pick, or I may pick!
5. At the moment, our main priority is editing as many videos as we can behind the scenes so that we may mass upload them onto the otome channel weekly or even daily. Therefore at the moment there is no official deadline to finish your videos by, but I will be sending frequent check-ins and reminders to the overall editing team.

The parody/skit asmr writers team is a GENERAL team for all of the projects we are running on the team. The other projects we are running on the team are Genshin Impact, Cinderella Phenomenon, Lost Alice, Wizardess Heart, The Arcana, and more.
The purpose of this team is to create very short, unhinged, whacky scripts that are parody/skits for ASMRs to help the channel produce more entertaining original content. Here is an example of what we have done for our skits https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLg8S5WhIX2uehpkeMGu2ApXTIJE4UAS_L (originally it was an April Fool's series only, however, it has been received well on the channel therefore I have decided to open it as a permanent video series on the channel).
For those interested, please include some of your writing samples (Comedy preferred). Please know that we will require this team to be active, and have at least 1 script turned in per month. 2 is preferred, but I understand that we all have lives therefore the requirement will be at least 1 script. Scripts should be 1-3 pages long, BUT you are more than welcomed to write more than 3 scripts if you'd prefer. We are looking for writers of all skill levels with an interest in participating in our skit project. Please know that this is not necessarily meant to be professional; once again, this is not traditional ASMR writing it will be more chaotic and unhinged. How will this work?
1. Thumbnail work is on a voluntary basis. The team will also have to work together to get assignments done. Work will be split into two positions: sketching + lineart, and coloring/shading. Aspect ratios for thumbnails must ALWAYS be 16:9 or 1280x720 pixels. Backgrounds for Genshin Impact/Honkai Star Rail thumbnails will be required to be drawn; otherwise, Otome thumbnail backgrounds can be provided.
2. The sketch/ink artist will always be the one deciding how the thumbnail will go. When I give out assignments, I will be giving ideas of what I would like for the thumbnail, but ultimately it is up to the sketch artist. They can go with their own idea, or pick one of mine.
3. Each artist has 2 weeks to get their portion of the work done. If you are doing your own sketches, inking, and coloring, you will get a month to get everything done.
When submitting your application, in the notes of your audition please let me know which of the following positions you are interested in: sketches/inking, coloring/shading, or both. If you prefer to do your own work with no help, it would help for you to mention that as well please!

You will be responsible in looking for music and sound effects to be used for the video you are editing(unless I provide you with specific soundtracks/SFX to be used or add suggestions). However, they must be under the creative commons license which means anyone can use the music/sound effect you are looking at AS LONG as credit is given. If we need to purchase a license to use the sound effect/music then I'd like to refrain from that if possible. I don't know how that stuff works-- as in, I don't know if *I* will be needing to purchase the license as well if it is being posted onto my channel.
