The Project

The project (Onigiri Reports / Onigiri News) is a series of short and simple animations in anime style with a female character named Onigirl talking to the audience in a “newsroom” setting. She will be talking about several things including but not limited to, my art, giveaways, FAQs, AMA and so on. The purpose of these videos is to bring news to my fans in a fun and interactive way. The project will start with one pilot episode and depending on how well that does, there may be more episodes. I like this to be a long running series.
Each video is estimated to be at least 2-4 minutes long with an rough estimate of 6-9 lines per minute. For the first episode, I’d like to have it at least 3-4 minutes. These videos will be uploaded to YouTube and linked on Twitter. Both accounts are not monetized.
Pay Rate/ Payment /Credits
I’m looking to pay $2 per line. If you have other rates or price packages, you may tell me about them. Payment will be given via PayPal or Venmo (US only). Credits will be given at the end of each episode.
Recording & Audition Instructions
1. Please upload audition in 44100 HZ Stereo MP3 format. Sound quality should be clean with no background noise. Multiple takes are encouraged.

4. Auditions will be public as I'm not a gold member. If you prefer privacy, you may contact me for further instructions.
DEADLINE: June 28, 2022 (by end of day)
If you need more time to do your audition, please let me know in advance so that we can arrange something. Selection and review process will be done after this date and may take up to a week. Only the selected voice actress will be contacted after the deadline.
