Project Overview
Details
For this project, the main priority will be getting the first season out of the way. The remaining two seasons will be dubbed afterwards if everybody involved is still interested.
If you’ve been chosen to voice one of the characters, you will be given a link to a Discord server specifically meant for people involved in the project. This server is for all of us to practice as a group and to improve our skills.
There’s a slim chance that we’ll have voice actors for all of the characters needed, so we’ll most likely have to ask the voice actors we do have to perhaps voice more than one character. Thankfully, the majority of the characters have minimal screen time.
For each episode, we’ll practice until we’re all satisfied with our line delivery. We’ll at first try to do group practice sessions with everybody involved in a call, but if we experience too many complications due to various potential issues (time zones, work schedules, etc.), then I’ll practice with everyone individually in a private call with just me and one of the video editors. The specified time for our practice sessions has yet to be decided, as I want us to find a time that works for everyone.
For our practice sessions, everyone in the server will be sent a script that will contain all of the lines from the current episode, which we’ll then attempt to practice for at least an hour (perhaps longer, depending on everyone’s availability).
Once we've finished practicing the episode, everyone involved in the project is expected to record each of their lines separately and to send these recordings to one of the editors through a private message on Discord (I’ll specify who when the time comes). It is recommended that you send them to him through a .rar file, so he won't be spammed with an enormous amount of messages.
Everyone will be given enough time for this to be done, but there will be a deadline, which will be decided once we get to that point.
The Criteria
In order for your audition to be accepted, you must meet certain criteria:
1. You must have enough free time for our practice sessions and to record each of your individual lines.
2. You must have little to no background noise or echo, and your voice quality has to at the very least sound decent.
3. You have to sound close enough to the character you're auditioning for.
I'm not searching for professional voice acting, as I myself am no professional. We're all going to try to improve our skills and have fun.
For the practice sessions, whether they’re held as a group or in a private call, please try to make sure that you don’t have too many absences. The occasional delay is fine, and I’m willing to be lenient if a valid reason is given beforehand, but too many absences may result in you getting removed from the project.

Rin Natsume is the main heroine and the younger sister of Kyousuke Natsume. She is the second and only female member out of the five original Little Busters members.
"That wouldn’t be fair... I just need to clear the task, right?... We'll find out what they want to tell us."

Komari Kamikita is an optimistic girl from Riki's class and the sixth Little Busters member.
"Uwaah! I-I'm sorry! There are all sorts of mysteries in this world, like snacks and candy and sweets falling from the sky!"
"Optimism magic. When you're feeling down, you say it out and follow it with an "alright"! See, everything negative gets flipped positive!"
"Losing something is sad. Even when I lose something as tiny as a worn-out eraser, I feel pretty down for a day or two. That's why I'm looking for him."
Haruka Saigusa is the eighth member of the Little Busters.
"You don't keep pudding in your desk! You keep printouts! Keep your idiom dictionary in the refrigerator!"
"He was sleeping so peacefully, his face was begging for me to draw on it!"
"I was wrong. I just wanted to know if there are evil people in the world. It's no one's fault. I don't need to hate anybody. I know that now. So I don't need to know whose kid I am. I can love myself. That's all I really wanted to know. I wanted to believe it more than anything.."
Yuiko Kurugaya is the seventh member of the Little Busters.
"I can't stand how you're having so much fun by yourselves. Allow me to enjoy the sunshine of youth with these beautiful, young girls."
"Being roommates means that she'd be sleeping right next to me at night. What am I supposed to do? Just imagine her sitting on her bed in her pajamas after a shower. I'd get on top of her without a second thought!"

Kudryavka Noumi is the ninth member of the Little Busters.
"Good-o morning-u ebberi-wan, haba nice day!"

"I'm Strelka and Belka's big sister! I've been taking care of them since they were this little. They were naughty little rascals back then. They're dogs, but they're even smarter than me now."
Riki Naoe is the main protagonist of the series and the fifth member of the Little Busters.
In both the anime and the visual novel, Riki has a very feminine voice and was actually voiced by a female, so for him I'm allowing auditions from both males and females. If you're a male, you'll need to make your voice higher pitched.
"'I was able to forget the pain and loneliness in my heart. Everything was just so much fun. If only every day could be like this forever... That became my only wish."
"If you turn your eyes away from sad things, they'll happen again one day. If you keep running away, you'll keep repeating the same mistakes. That's why you have to face the truth straight on."

Kyousuke Natsume is the leader and the original founder of the Little Busters.
"Anything can happen. No one ever thinks it will until it does. What will happen, happens. That's how the world is. The most important thing is to not let the tragedy defeat you. To believe that you can get through it."
"If the world is full of things we never wanted to know, is our only option to look away? You won't solve anything by looking away."
"We're starting a baseball team. We'll call ourselves... The Little Busters!"
Masato Inohara is the third member of the Little Busters and Riki's roommate.
"I'm afraid you just released my final limiter. My anger has reached its ecstasy!"
"Rin, tell them that when Miyazawa takes a bath, he always stays fully clothed and wears a sock on his head!"
"You know, I have allergies that make me want to dance and yell, 'Muscles, aww yeah!' when I try to clean stuff."
Kengo Miyazawa is the fourth member of the Little Busters, the current school kendo champion and Masato's rival.
"You can find something else to live for. Even if you lose hope in doing one thing, you will find something you can do."
"I swing my sword to exist as my own individual."
"The weak? Is she talking about you?"
Sasami Sasasegawa is a schoolmate of the Little Busters and Rin's personal rival.
"For your information, I hate cats."
"Are you not aware that I, Sasasegawa Sasami, am a candidate for the next softball team captain?!"
"It irritates me when people don't look proper!"
Mutsumi Suginami is one of Riki's classmates.
"Hey... There's no point in doing stuff like that. Let's stop now..."
"I-I must be weird, right? Watching you like that... Before I even realize it, I always end up watching you. However, I start to worry about what others might think. So I can never say what's on my mind."
"You see, I... I like you! ...I'm sorry. I know you have someone you like already... So don't worry about it!"
Shou Saigusa is the father of Haruka Saigusa and Kanata Futaki.
"And what if she finds out? Knowing won't do her any good. It's better... if she didn't know."
"You were too important. I had to protect you both from that sick, twisted family at all costs. Your lives were too important. In the end, I couldn't protect you two."
"This is a letter from your mom. She can't wait for the day she sees both of you again."
Aikawa is a boy who has a crush on Sasami.
"My chest hurts. When I see her, it feels tight right here. I can't even study. During class, all I can think of is her. I think she's my first love."
