Jalamalepow VA’s (Main cast)
Project Overview
Looking for voice actors for the main cast of my show (Jalamalepow). It’s a cartoon where six guys go on wacky adventures and get themselves in weird situations. Currently have two seasons planned of 15 (or so) episodes each, and have two “pilot” episodes complete (Would recommend watching the episode linked for a better understanding of the characters’ voices)
!!IMPORTANT!!
Requirements: Good mic quality (no background noise), at least 3 takes of each line, no ghosting, send in lines within given deadline (unless you have a good reason not to), any equipment is okay, any file type is okay as long as the file size isn’t unnecessarily big, no joke submissions, no AI, if accepted preferably use discord to communicate.
Am currently not monetised or making money off of this show, therefore I can’t pay anyone right now. Once/If I become monetised I’ll pay whoever wants or needs to be paid.
Voice Actor
Personality: Is overconfident, cocky, easily offended and easily aggravated. Dorl likes to overestimate his abilities, tease his friends on occasion and take any remark made about him personally, usually mumbling a snarky clapback. He can be pretty fiery and passionate when talking about something he likes or someone he’s mad at, but can also be calm and soft spoken in chill situations, and use more classy words to describe things.
Accent: General American/Standard British (Optionally try one or both accents (Haven’t decided which works better)
Voice: Has a deep, bassy voice, says things in a snooty, somewhat snobbish way, talks in a sarcastic, mumbling tone when offended/angry.

Voice Actor
Personality: Is grumpy, confrontational, cynical and intelligent. He doesn’t often engage and isn’t very cheerful when talking, mostly choosing to take the backseat during adventures. Rarely does he put himself out there, only when he or his friends are in danger does he step in. He might be a little rude, but he still shows up for his friends and can help them with his knowledge and ability to make it through tough situations.
Accent: General American
Voice: Talks mostly monotone, can sound stern when confronting/questioning someone, has more energy in his voice when surprised/shocked or very angry.

Voice Actor
Personality: Is level-headed, skilled, rationalising and stubborn. He’s not one to push himself in the spotlight much, but is always reliable and to the point when his input is needed. Max is a good anchorpoint, stands strong in the face of adversity and has good thinking skills. He can sometimes be reluctant to doing what others want to do, and can also give himself too much responsibility to do everything right, which ends up tiring or stressing him out.
Accent: General American
Voice: Mostly talks like a normal person, is usually in between having low energy and high energy in line delivery

Voice Actor
Personality: Is chaotic, sassy, blunt and a risk taker. He’s the kind to stir up trouble, be a bit of a troll and have fun in unorthodox ways. Tyson is the guy that looks crazy on the outside, but is somewhat competent and judgemental on the inside. While he makes some questionable decisions, he also sets his values straight, and isn’t afraid to be honest with his friends, even if he might have some attitude and bluntness.
Accent: General American
Voice: Can sound sassy, when making statements mostly says things to the point, can sometimes sound a little snooty (depending on if he’s asking a question or teasing others), has a somewhat raspy/“erm, actually” voice.

Voice Actor
Personality: Is light-hearted, clumsy, a little gullible, naive and creative. He is one who doesn’t often involve in drama and looks optimistically upon the world. There’s no one he has a bad relationship with, and Skub likes to go with the flow and be there for moral support. He’s a loyal teammate, is mostly there for the goofs and giggles unless he’s put in a serious situation, in which he can be prone to panicking under stress.
Accent: General American
Voice: Has some wonder in his voice, mostly talks in a casual chill way, has a somewhat light voice
