Half Hour Animation
Project Overview
The First Greeting Card is an half-hour animated television special. It is an action-adventure story with holiday-inspired elements. This is an independent production by a tiny team. The animation production has gone over budget, and the voice over budget has been decimated.
In order to finish the project on time, we are seeking voice actors to complete the project. You will be paid a token amount of $1 via Paypal.
Hopefully, we can find voice actors who will be excited about this project and give their all. Our goal to be able to produce many more future animations with actual budgets for voice over work.
This is a meant to be a happy story with a vibrant voice tone. The goal is for each character to be unique and his/her own distinct flavor. A lot happens in the show, so the dialogue will keep the story moving forward quickly. Feel free to give your own spin to the dialogue.

The Ancient Wise Man is a very very very old being. He has ancient wisdom that can be conveyed in an awe inspiring tone. People who speak with him come away feeling inspired and happy. He is serious but kindly. You may be able to compare the character to Yoda.
I know of the Mad Scientist. You know - We have television even hear (a moment of humor during a somber speech). He is a very sad man.
You see, none of the great generals and princes of either the East or West had thought to share their thoughts and feelings. That is why the wars ravaged for so long. No one knew what the other wanted. No one knew what the other felt.
Using great intelligence and skill to build objects that hurt and bring sadness instead of using the same gifts to bring an earthly utopia to all.
