Good day fellow VAs and Godzilla fans! This is a casting call for IDW Publishings Godzilla: Rulers of Earth comic series!
This is a long term style project, so I ask those who audition are committed and active in the project itself!
Over the course of the series, the dub will be getting new characters thrown in, as well as a few extras. Please remember to stay in contact with me, or I will have to recast you!
For my editors, I already have one in mind who I know personally, but it is always good to have someone on backup.
Requirements for VA's:
-13 or older
-A good quality mic that has little to no static in the background
-Your Discord in the description of the audition
-Stay Active in the project!
Requirements for Audio and Video Editor:
-You must leave a link or example of something that you have worked on.
-Leave a discord in the description of your submission
-Please be over 13 or older.

One of the main human characters of the comic, Steven Woods is the leader of the Counter Kaiju Reaction Forces (CKR). Gruff Cowboy-type of soldier and he tends to keep his voice level with the situation. Hes also kind of a smartass, but it comes from a place of confidence. You can do whatever type of interpretation you wish thou.
(confident) Do you know anyone else who took down three monsters at the controls of a giant robot with a little girl as their co-pilot?
(Sarcastic) Great. Whatever it is, it picked one hell of a weekend to show up here.
Woods. You can call me Steven. And I’ll just call you stupid for nearly getting yourself killed! What the hell were you thinking?!
Lucy Casprell is the second main human character in the ROE Comic and being part of the kaiju watchers. She is described as very charismatic in nature, she always is excited to see new kaiju and tends to be quite inquisitive.
(Curious into scared) What is this thing? Why am I standing here filming it? Why am I asking myself questions when I should be running?!
(Annoyed) Ugh. What have you gotten yourself into, Lucy? Please let my group be interesting and please, please...Don't let this be a mistake
(slightly excited) I know. I'm sorry. It's just that I've never seen one of these up close and I kinda freaked. But I managed to record a bit on my camera. Wanna see?
Dr. Kenji Ando is one of the supporting human characters in the rulers of earth series and is the leader of the Kaiju Watchers. He acts very gentlemanly, rarely raising his voice and being concise with his explanations. Think for reference Jon Hammond from Jurassic Park.
How many creatures do we not know about? Who in this room will make the discovery of our lifetime? The answer lies with those willing to rise to the challenges of science!

Chavez is another main character in the Rulers of Earth comic, serving as Steven Woods second in command. Chavez is known to be a bit more of a straight man then Woods is, but shares his sarcastic sense of humor.
Sir, we got a possible G-sighting. USS Wimbish tracked a target, heading west. Could be coming to us.
Signature looks like Godzilla, but the speed is too fast.
Still escorting the civilian to the safe zone, sir. The main route was blocked off and she's not making it easy, that's for sure.
Commander Rhizon is the leader of the Cryog and the main antagonist of the series. Rhizon can be described as very egotistical and boastful, looking down upon the humans and even Godzilla as a lesser light. He also tends to get very very angry when his plans to workout.
However so fortunate, despite the creature’s failure, it would have been a shame to have lost it.
Just a moment. Let’s see how our one-eyed killing machine handles this… Earth creature.
As you can see, we require more cunning than brute force. Our next phase necessitates the same.
