Lucy Casprell is the second main human character in the ROE Comic and being part of the kaiju watchers. She is described as very charismatic in nature, she always is excited to see new kaiju and tends to be quite inquisitive. 

  • (Curious into scared) What is this thing? Why am I standing here filming it? Why am I asking myself questions when I should be running?!

  • (Annoyed) Ugh. What have you gotten yourself into, Lucy? Please let my group be interesting and please, please...Don't let this be a mistake

  • (slightly excited) I know. I'm sorry. It's just that I've never seen one of these up close and I kinda freaked. But I managed to record a bit on my camera.  Wanna see?
