Gods Among Us (Gacha Life)
Project Overview
Hi to all! I have already created most of the scenes for this project, it's 100% serious and will be uploaded onto youtube through my youtube channel. I'm an average YouTuber with 2k Subscribers. I have worked on an abridged series called "Diabolik Lovers Gone Wrong" and others. (Also currently working on another project with a friend "Yona of the Dawn Abridged" also a project 100% going forward no fallbacks).

This story my friend and I have created is going to be presented through Gacha Life (an anime application). Its a story about the love between different species that are forbidden and a new beginning for the new generation of wolves, demons, angels and humans including hybrids. Before you audition for this project you should follow the rules below, if you cannot follow these rules or guidelines then you should not audition, although everyone is welcome.
1. No bullying or harassment is accepted! If it occurs you will be kicked from the project immediately, no exceptions.
2. Have a reasonable microphone or voice recorder as any background noise or quiet voices that cannot be heard will likely not be cast as editing would be made difficult.
3. Be available to voice this project as it will be continuous for around a year. You also must be able to turn in (upload) your lines before the deadline or due date.
4. You must have discord so voice actors/actresses can stay in touch, be able to have discussions and stay up to date with the project progress. Make sure to leave your discord account name so I can add you when cast for a character.
5. Have fun! Any accent is accepted! You are welcome to audition for more than one character.
( please also express emotion in your recordings depending on the character as the voice acting is not just about the voice but how you express it verbally).
This is not a paid project but it will help you get the experience and a chance to be cast in other projects as some of my past projects have been successful, especially through youtube.

Samuel is a full-blooded royal demon (the strongest breed of demon). He is the undiscovered born son of the demon king and demon queen, he is the future demon king. Samuel is sensitive, caring and brave, he will go to far lengths to protect his friends. Samuel later becomes romantically involved with Faith. I want Samuel's voice to be kind/ sincere sounding yet able to deepen with turning into his demon form or when angry or irritated.
" Faith I just wanted to ah-h let you-u know that I'm-I'm always here for you" - shy, sincere and embarrassed
"Seriously dad I'm old enough to look after myself!" Annoyed/angry
" Why now of all places... Grrr AHHHH"
- Worried tone, transforming noises yelling, groaning etc (demon)
you can use effects where needed, although I can add the effects myself.
Faith is a half angel and half celestial ( a spiritual being) hybrid. The celestial side of herself is kept secret as all celestials have been hunted and killed like her father, he was the last full-blooded celestial (she is the last of her kind). Faith is kind, sincere and trusting which tends also be a downfall as some people take advantage of her. Faith has a huge crush on Samuel (pretty much love at first sight). I want Faith's voice to be soft, kind and caring (cutesy like).
" Welcome, you must be new here. Don't worry I'll show you around". - Kind and sincere yet somewhat shy
" Sooo Nevaeh, who are you crushing on? Let me guess is it Jak?" - Teasing yet questioning
" Leave them alone it's me that you want! Right?!" Yelling/ concerned about her friends
Jak is a hybrid of both angel and wolf (a.k.a the Hybrid), Jak's mother was killed by her own kind (angels) for making love to the king of wolves, Jak's mother was also the Princess of the angels was to be crowned queen. Jak stays undercover as human hiding his true angel/wolf form from others. Jak later discovers he has a crush on Nevaeh. Jak has trust issues due to his past, he is strong-minded, sarcastic, jokes around a lot but serious when required, he also gets angry quite easily (short-tempered). I want Jak's voice to a cool-collected type of voice. Any accent is welcome but preferably American.
" Ohhh, you like Ajax huh?...well that's a surprise..." Sarcastic and smart alec
" Hey! That was my steak! You bastard!" - Angry and frustrated
"Bring it on, I doubt you can land a punch 'giggles or ha/ hmpt' " Confident
Nevaeh is human, although she is the reincarnation of the "god of judgement" The ruler of all gods. No one including herself is aware of this until later. Nevaeh is in love with Ajax. Nevaeh is Strong-willed, short-tempered, yet very caring and won't put up with crap. I want Nevaeh's voice to be strong in tone (like a female warrior) especially when angry. Any accent is accepted.
" Why do you have to be so mean!" - angry/ annoyed
" Isn't Ajax so dreamy.*exhales* aha" - In love
" I'll show you how this so-called girl can really fight!" - Confident/ Serious/angry
Ajax is a full-blooded angel, the Prince of angels thought to be crowned future king. He is also the half brother of Jak ( they have the same mother). Neither jak and Ajax are aware of this. Ajax has a crush on his young adopted sister Faith. Ajax is confident, proud yet native. I want Ajax's voice to be confident. stuck up, proud, any accent is accepted, Preferably a British accent if possible.
" I will deal with the hybrid myself!" - Confident/ frustrated
" Faith please be careful, humans are evil and conniving creatures. Even if they are your friends...you should know better." - irritated yet concerned
" Is that the best you got jak? If so that's nowhere near enough to beat me!" - Confident/ yelling (in the middle of a battle with Jak).
Scar is a full-blooded wolf (a.k.a the King of all Wolves). He is undercover as one of the newly appointed human magic instructors to watch over Samuel (demon king's orders). He is also secretly Jak's father. Neither of them know this until later. They both share a love for steak. I want Scar's voice to be fairly deep (adult type voice). Similar to Christopher Sabat. Any accent is accepted but American is prefered.
" Sometimes I wonder why I still bother with you..." Irritated
" Don't touch her! If you do I'll kill you! NOO!!! no...it's all my fault- Angry to sadness
" Today's class, we are going to learn how to magic divide". Hey! you listen, otherwise, you will be placed in detention. " Man I love that line".- Giving instructions. Teacher stuff :)
Diablo is the king of all demons and the father of Samuel. Diablo is very overprotective of his son and is always watching him up close and from afar. Diablo has this funny bromance with Scar at least that's what Diablo believes. Diablo is playful, jokes around a lot but is serious when needed to be, he is also sensitive around Samuel. I want Diablo's voice to be adult toned yet playful ( those dad's who get pushed around a lot and tries to please their kids).
" Oh my boy how did your day go? *exhales* My son is growing up so fast". - Playful, sincere
" Time to go! *transforms* Grrr *transformation noises* (in demon voice) "I'll be back just wait here".
( You are welcome to use your own effects to create a demon voice. Otherwise, give it a go. I can always add the voice effects myself).
" Aww, Scar who's a good doggie!" -playful/teasing
Ruby is human, she works as a nurse for the "Hunter's academy". She has a crush on Scar (Mr black) and is Diablo's love interest. She is a very naive, clumsy, oblivious and caring person. She is what you might call an airhead but she goes out of her way to ensure others are happy and safe. I'm looking for Ruby to have a gentle voice, cutesy and soft-toned but not too much. Example of voice, Tohru Honda from Fruits basket. Any accent is accepted.
" Just relax, your leg will be healed up in no time" Reassuring
" Good morning! How are you?" Cheerful/Happy
" OH MY GOD! WHAT ARE YOU!?" Terrified/ Yelling
Joe is a human. He works as an elite hunter for the "God Hunting association". Joe is Jak's caretaker and looks after him with Jak needs a place to stay. Although Jak doesn't know Joe works for the hunters neither does Joe know that Jak is the hybrid. Joe sees Jak as the son he always wanted. Joe is strong-willed, brave, charismatic, caring and tries to be a good role model for Jak. I want Joe's voice range to be light-medium. Any accent is accepted.
" Hey jak! How did your day go? You know you can tell me anything, right?" reassuring yet somewhat concerned
" We have a 'code blue' situation! We need back up! NOW" Yelling/ worried ( can be over a walkie talkie [optional])
" The hybrid is in pursuit! I repeat the hybrid is in pursuit! We are losing him" Yelling whilst running
Nightmare is the villain of the story. He is a royal demon but was not crowned Demon king, he is the younger brother of Diablo and Samuel's uncle. Nightmare is cunning, selfish and sees humans as his meal. Nightmare is mysterious and unpredictable whilst Diablo is softer in nature and has grown to like humans but Nightmare has not. I want Nightmare's voice to be unique sounding, maybe even somewhat creepy. Voice range any. Any accent is accepted. Nightmare will eventually become a lead character (just supporting for the moment).
" Ow Hi brother, it's been a while. Hasn't it?" - Mysterious, cunning.
" You have become weak brother! You pitty me like those pathetic humans! " yelling, showing pitty.
*Demon transformation* This is my true form! Samuel, join me! Let's destroy this world together! - use demon voice (you can use effects).
Chole is human and is a magic instructor/teacher at the "Hunter's academy." She dislikes Scar as she finds him to be strange and too mysterious. She eventually grows to have a crush on Scar ( she is Scar's love interest). Chloe is strong-minded, sassy, caring although has trouble trusting others due to her past. I want Chloe's voice to be strong and stern but able to express emotion also. Voice range Medium. Any accent is accepted.
" Okay, has anyone learnt how to share magic with one another? Or has Scar not covered that with you all yet?

" I don't know what's up with that man, but I'm going to found out." - curious and untrusting
" WHAT!? YOU'RE A WOLF!!!?" - Yelling, shocked, terrified
Edos is a pure angel. He is the husband of the angel queen (now deceased) hence he is the angel king. He is also the father of Ajax and foster father of Faith. Edos is proud, well-mannered, caring to his own kind but not others. He demands respect and if not receive will punish those responsible. Due to this, Edos is quite oblivious to the newly formed world around him as his set in his old ways. I want Edo's voice to be stern, confident and proud. He is a royal king after all. Voice range low-medium.

Hector is the boss of the hunters organisation. He is a villain to the demons, angels and wolves.
I would like hector to have a strict, strong and medium-deep voice.
Oh, crap! Should I call the angels? No screw them! We need to prove that Humans are not weak and don’t need protecting!

Lori is a bully/girly girl. She is a student at the hunters academy.
