Project Overview
UPDATE: Thank you so much to everyone who submitted! I received more auditions than I thought, and I couldn't be more excited! Voice actors will be chosen by 10/17/2026 and contacted for availability :)
On Halloween night, three monster girls venture into the human world for a late-night gas station run that quickly spirals into chaos.
Decayla the Zombie and Jellian the Slime decide to join Bathany the Bat in her plan to try the latest viral “soda-and-mints challenge”. Meanwhile, Sara, a gas station clerk working the night shift, realizes that tonight’s full moon means she’s about to transform into a werewolf!
As the ghouls attempt the challenge, Bathany’s plan quickly goes wrong, sending the soda bottle flying wildly around the gas station. In the chaos, the bottle knocks Decayla’s head clean off! Sara finally transforms into her werewolf form, revealing her secret to the three monsters.
Once they realize that they are all monsters, the four quickly bond over their shared identities and the unexpected night of mayhem.
This will be a 5-minute 2D animated student film for my personal exit portfolio, so this will be volunteer work! If completed, it will be showcased at several film fest events and later posted to YouTube!

Bathany is a bat monster who lives in “The Spooky Forest”. She’s loud, clueless, and annoying. She’s obsessed with human stuff and loves copying dumb online trends, even though she doesn’t understand them.

Decayla is a Frankenstein/Zombie monster who lives in “The Spooky Forest”. She has a sour, sardonic misfit personality. She’s usually sarcastic and grumpy.

Jellian is a slimegirl created from a lake algae bloom. She is a very deadpan character, not because she is unhappy, but because that’s all her brain can process, being slime and all. She goes along with any plan Bathany has as long as it's amusing and chaotic; she’s along for the ride. I would like her to have a male voice actor with a nasally voice or a woman with a nasally voice!

Sara is a young woman in her early twenties who just moved from across the country. To make ends meet, Sara works shifts at “Platty’s Gas Station.” Unfortunately for her, once a month, on the full moon, she turns into a werewolf! Since she has little idea of how to be a monster, she still struggles to learn how to control her changes. She has a kind attitude but gets nervous very easily.
