Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others. Although she isn't unaware that Hell is populated with souls that have committed egregious acts in their living lives, she still views their yearly extermination as a senseless waste and makes it her personal mission to help them avoid it via self-betterment and eventual redemption, something she is seemingly alone in believing is possible.
Voice Wise, I'm actually looking for more of Jill Harris' Charlie. (The one from the pilot)

"As princess of Hell and heir to the throne I...er...hereby order that you help with this hotel...For as long as you desire!"
"I am the Princess of Hell, Angel, and I go where I please! *whispering* I'm here to get you some time off for the hotel. Where's your boss?"
"Wait, your name is Adam? Like, the first man Adam? That means you...ohhh...that explains so much."
Vaggie is a pragmatic and cautious angel who devotes a great deal of her time attempting to support Charlie with her vision for the hotel, as well as guiding her away from as much trouble or humiliation as possible. She is tough, but she has a heart of gold. Loyal and kind to those she cares for, but short on patience and trust, Vaggie tends to be very reactive, often taking an immediate defensive stance (with an offense at the ready) when it comes to dealing with potential threats towards either herself or Charlie.
Voice wise, I'm actually looking for more of Monica Franco's Vaggie. (The one from the pilot)

"After that trainwreck, there is no way anyone is gonna wanna stay at the hotel! All thanks to you and your selfish bullshit!"
"Oh, fun? You had a little fun with it? Well, this is not what we want to represent us. When you showed up here a week ago, you told us you would help run this hotel. Instead, you're mocking us. Nobody's gonna wanna come to a place that a powerful Overlord like you thinks is a waste of time!"
""Act selfless, don't steal, stick it to the man". Are you fucking serious?"
Niffty is hyper, spontaneous, and agile, being very quick on her feet. She is easily entertained, easily distracted, and easily excitable. She dislikes when there is a mess in any room, and has a fixation on men in general. However, she appears to only like "bad boys", including a brief obsession with Sir Pentious. This ends in her kicking him in frustration after he apologizes and decides to seek redemption at the Hotel. She isn't afraid to get dirty, and enjoys cleaning everyone's messes with a gleeful, yet creepy charm.
Voice wise, I'm actually looking for more of Kimiko Glenn's Niffty. (The one from the main series)

"Sometimes, I kill mother-bugs in front of their children as a warning to others!"
"This place is filthy! It really needs a lady's touch! Which is weird because you're all ladies, no offense."
"I really like them Alastor. they let me put on roach puppet shows without booing!"
Cherri is shown to be daring, bold, and determined. She is self-confident and constantly smiles broadly, taking pleasure in committing arson and other various crimes. She is friendly, charismatic and fun-loving, often enjoying going out partying and living without stressing herself, believing she should have fun and not concern themselves with her life, to the point of taking drugs and even having sex with complete strangers.
Voice wise, I'm actually looking for more of Krystina Alabado's Cherri Bomb. (The one from the main series)

"Why don't you get that tinker toy BULLSHIT off my turf before I SMASH it!... more."
"Look, I can't resist a fight, okay? Especially when I get to tag team with this fuckhead."
"You know, we can do this shit every fucking night! You don’t have to spend all your off hours “working on yourself.”"
Velvette is the energetic, stylish and trendy type who is always up-to-date with the latest trends and technology. This is one of the main reasons why she and Vox get along quite well with each other. Faustisse has also described her as being a very crazy person. She is critical and judgmental when it comes to fashion. Velvette is also observant, such as when she notices Carmilla's expression after she pulled out the severed Exorcist's head, and suspected her to be responsible, in which confirmed her suspicions later.

"Your little boy toy is wrecking my department while I'm trying to pull together a show and-- *gets interrupted by Valentino* Just get your ass here. Now!"
"Ugh. No! Unacceptable. You're fired. What is this? Wrist ruffles? Is it 1750? Burn it like the witches who wore it!"
"Oh, I get it. So Grandpa is too pussy to fight, so I guess there's no point, right?"
Lute is Adam's lieutenant and stoic subordinate who is always by his side. She and Adam appear to have a friendly relationship, with Adam complimenting her on her large kill count, and Lute joining him in his antics. Even agreeing with almost everything he would say, such as how angels are perfect and don't make mistakes.

"The only reason you're still here is because Daddy gave you and your Hellborn kind a pardon from an Exorcist blade. How does that feel? To know how little you matter?"
"They appear to have some kind of shield, sir!"
"Adam is dead. Your deal is done, and I'm in charge now. Your brat is threatening the very foundation of Heaven, and if you want to stay here, you're going down there and stopping that bitch! Do you understand me, Lilith?"
Emily is excitable, bubbly, sweet, friendly and kind to almost everyone around her. She does not discriminate others based on mistakes or who they are, where she excitedly greeted Charlie and welcomed her to Heaven, despite her being a demon. She compliments Sera in personality, with Sera the most serious and Emily the more bubbly. Working alongside Sera, her job is to preserve the happiness and joy of the human souls that ascend to Heaven.

"Hi! I'm Emily, the other seraphim, though you can call me Em! Emmy, E, whatever you want, I go by whatever. *giggles* Welcome to Heaven!"
"“Extermination… of human souls! Demon or not, there is no reason to be doing this!"
"How can I bring joy when I now know that we are bringing misery to thousands of innocent people?”
Sera comes across as a kind, level-headed person who is caring toward those she interacts with and welcoming to even demons such as Charlie and Vaggie. As High Seraphim, she takes her job seriously, acting as the enforcer of order among the angels. This extends to her abiding civil behavior, as she seems upset when Charlie loudly curses in the court. She holds a preference for negotiation over violence when it comes to conflict, such as when she is willing to hear Charlie out on her plan to resolve the overpopulation crisis in Hell. Sera also shows a nurturing side to the angels she is devoted, particularly with her fellow Seraphim Emily, to whom she acts as a mother/sister figure.

"St. Peter. We can take it from here. Greetings, daughter of the Morningstar. I am Sera, the high seraphim of heaven."
"They were uprising, Emily! It is my position as the head Seraphim to protect our people at all costs. And it's your position to keep them happy and joyful."
"Heaven needs us, Emily. Everyone looks to us... and we can't doubt ourselves or worry about the fates of demons when we have our own souls to protect. Please.... if you start to question... you could end up like Lucifer: Fallen. I couldn't bear to see you suffer that fate, so please, let me worry about this, ok?"
Angel is brash and sarcastic, with a quick, sharp wit. He will often use these traits to deflect criticism or insults, and side-step responsibility. He will switch between playful and destructive as he pleases, and his humor tends to be crude and crass, with an emphasis on dirty jokes and innuendos, which he feels is expected of him and actively plays into. He is stylish and performs an excessive amount of confidence with his public persona, being wildly flirtatious and interested in receiving positive attention for his looks and the profile he has made for himself in Hell.
Voice wise, I'm actually looking for more of Blake Roman's Angel Dust. (The one from the main series)

"You know, ya really gotta watch what comes outta your mouth. I've been making these sex jokes the whole time, and it's obvious you ain't catching on.. I mean, it's just- sad!"
"If'n you're filming a commercial, can I suggest you take better advantage of the talented celebrity you have right here?!"
"Oh, please, baby. This body was made to be exploited! I got the arms, I got the stamina, I got the legs, I got the lung capacity. Hoho-oh, I got the legs! The gag reflex, the holes, the chest fluff everyone thinks are tits..."
Alastor stands out from many of the more chaotic residents of hell for his well maintained amiable persona. He gives a first-impression of a good-natured and charming man, wearing a permanently wide grin on his face at all times. His behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to an old-fashioned radio announcer and speaks with a transatlantic accent, often using quaint anachronisms such as "the picture show" and refers to Charlie as a "charming demon belle".
Voice wise, I'm actually looking for more of Edward Bosco's Alastor. (The one from the Pilot)

"It's the purest kind, my dear. Reality! True passion! After all, the world is a stage, and a stage is a world of entertainment."
"Of course not! That's wacky nonsense! Redemption, oh the non-existent humanity! No, no, no, no. I don't think there's anything left that could save such loathsome sinners! The chance given was the life they lived before, the punishment is this! There is no undoing what is done!"
"Alastor! Pleasure to be meeting you, quite a pleasure. I'm about to END YOUR FUCKING LIFE."
Vox is an egotistical, charismatic, and manipulative showman of an Overlord who craves attention. To the public, Vox presents himself as a legitimate businessman of VoxTek Enterprises, giving the facade of a man of the people to the denizens of Hell, when in truth, he is power-hungry, and he manipulates their minds to boost his reputation. He is highly intelligent and technology-savvy, and he is always keeping up with the latest trends and technology. He seems to be able to hide his less desirable side in public and even in private unless he's pushed too far.

"Alastor came back, and he is with Lucifer's daughter, and that wasn't the FIRST FUCKING THING YOU TOLD ME?!"
"My dear people, we at VoxTech Enterprises have always been at the forefront of innovation. And now, with this new oncoming threat, we are shifting our focus to your protection. We are pleased to announce VoxTech Angelic Security is coming soon. Trust us with your safety."
"No fucking way! They're going to fight? Oh my God! Ha ha ha ha! Oh, looks like your little hotel didn't work out so well. Oh, Alastor. I cannot wait to watch you get FUCKED!"
Valentino has been described as being charming and roughly as level-headed as his fellow Overlord, Vox. When he interacts with Charlie in his studio he acts cordial around her while struggling to hide his anger and irritation that he would prefer to take out on one of his employees instead, such as Angel Dust. He does, eventually, show off his real behavior after some time. Valentino uses his charming persona in order to lure other demons into working for him, as shown in "Welcome to Heaven" where Valentino admitted spending much of his time in nightclubs, picking up demons and offering them "jobs" at his studios, with him hiding his more violent and psychotic behavior in order to convince them to willingly "work" for him.

"Can you believe what that piece of shit did? The ungrateful whore!"
"Fucking Angel Dust! Who the hell else would I be talking about? That fucking slut walked out on me. ME. I fucking made him! Without me, he's just a bag of meat with some mildly entertaining holes."
"I have KILLED bitches for less than this attitude you’re giving me! You’re LUCKY you make me money! Now, you’re going to go get rid of her, and then you’re filming ALL NIGHT! Get me?!?"
Sir Pentious is bombastic, flamboyant, short-tempered, temperamental and persistent, and his personality seems to take cues from the classic "mustache-twirling" stock villains. He takes tremendous pride in his grandiose ideas of how evil and cunning he is, and at one point even openly declares "I'm so evil!" He uses his mechanical genius to build weapons, such as a cannon and his airship. However, he is more than capable of showing remorse and has a sense of honor. He demonstrates this when he accepts his defeat and "inevitable death" at the hands of the Hotel staff after being reprimanded by Vox for failing.
Voice wise, I'm actually looking for more of Alex Brightman's Sir Pentious. (The one from the main series)

"You whores have no class! In war, the side remembered is the side with the most style!"
"Get your aggressively average body OFF OF ME!"
"Oh, oh, you and me are going out - like, for fun? I didn't think this would ever happen. What? What do I do? What - what do I wear?"
Husk is a grumpy, lazy, and somewhat apathetic old sinner whose interests in Hell now lie mostly in gambling, parlor tricks, and prolific drinking. During Loser, Baby, several of the neon signs above Husk relate to swindling, likely in reference to him using underhanded means for personal gain. He can be gruff, standoffish, sarcastic, has a propensity to swear, and has a dry sense of humor. Despite this, he is also surprisingly patient and able to take a lot of outlandish events in his stride, electing to just drink his problems away later.
Voice wise, I'm actually looking for more of Keith David's Husk. (The one from the main series)

"Why do you think I'm here? You actually think I'd be cleaning bottles and listening to you fucks bitch and moan all the time if he wasn't forcing me?"
"Maybe I'd treat you better if you were real, and not some bullshit version of yourself. Always pushin' my boundaries. Lemme tell ya, nobody in that hotel cares who you are! How famous, how hot. So you might as well just... cut the act."
"I know everything about you and these motherfuckers at this point. That one, that one is an insecure buffoon whose lonely ass watches you idiots sleep. Princess, is a bleeding heart who wants to solve everyone's problems 'cept her own. This one judges everyone and everything because she hates herself. And Niffty? Heh heh...you don't even wanna know what her deal is."
Despite his status as the ruler of all of Hell, Lucifer possesses a glorious and dramatic nature, acting very over-the-top in most situations. He switches between being silly and theatrical and awkward and sad. Like Charlie, Lucifer is ambitious in his beliefs. According to the "The Story of Hell" book Charlie reads in "Overture", Lucifer was an idealistic dreamer whose desire to gift humankind with free will led to the accidental creation of Hell and the subsequent banishment to it caused him to give up on his goals. After he and Lilith separated, Lucifer fell into isolation and deep melancholy. Coping by crafting and hoarding tons of rubber ducks, spending years at his home alone. This obsession also causes him to become estranged from his daughter to the point where he barely calls her at all, depressively thinking she does not want to talk to him.

"That's it. Almost there. Now presenting... the magic-tastical back flipping rubber duck! Haha! That spits fire! Hoo hoo hoo! Hold the applause please, okay. Oh, thank you, thank you. Oh god, who am I kidding? This sucks!"
"Alright, I mean, look, I love that you want to see the best in people, these sinners, you know, they're just the worst. I don't know how much you can realistically expect from them, and Heaven? Hohooo boy, Heaven, is not exactly as carefree as you might think. They have rules, lots of rules, and they aren't very open minded as you’d hope."
"Mhm, you see? What did I tell you? Charlie, sinners are violent psychopaths who are hell bent on causing as much pain and destruction as they can. There's really no point in trying."
