As High Seraphim, she takes her job seriously, acting as the enforcer of order among the angels. This extends to her abiding civil behavior, as she seems upset when Charlie loudly curses in the court. She holds a preference for negotiation over violence when it comes to conflict, such as when she is willing to hear Charlie out on her plan to resolve the overpopulation crisis in Hell. Sera also shows a nurturing side to the angels she is devoted, particularly with her fellow Seraphim Emily, to whom she acts as a mother/sister figure.
