Five Nights at Freddy's Spoof
Project Overview
Hey, there! Thanks for having even a lick of interest in this dinky project of mine. I'm hosting this casting call for a personal project made by me and my friends, named Stuck in a Pizzeria. It's a spoof on the Five Nights at Freddy's games, with my own neat little characters in place of the better ones. We are hoping for a variety of voice actors to take on the roles of
- four killer animatronics with fairly minute roles in terms of voice acting,
- a phone guy,
- a JERK,
- and a funny secret character.
This production will be entirely in English, and all voice actors will receive credit for their work in the ending credits sequence of this game. This production is also entirely non-profit, and just for fun. We are extremely excited about this project, and we hope you are too, so if you like, make sure to send us your audition and join the team!

The "phone guy" of this funny game, relaying gameplay mechanics and small pieces of the story to the player. He's a genius mechanic and ex-gameshow host (don't question it) who is very worried for the main character, and has a bit of a father-son kind of relationship with him, portrayed throughout bits and pieces of his dialogue.
He should sound fairly nervous or awkward for the most part, though still keeping composure sometimes, like when he's nerdly explaining his inventions and plans. Out of all the characters, he has the largest script by a wide margin.
He'll have a picture at some point! Not that it matters. I think. Do voice actors get an idea of what voice they should put on by the character's looks? Is that useful?
(slightly nervously) H-Hello…? Is someone there? Ah, hey. (pause) Wait, is this Rob?!
I’m not pulling any strings this time! I’m not being pulled by any strings this time, is what I should say, actually… [clearly fake series of coughs] *Heather...!* [clearly fake series of coughs]
R-Rob... You're back! (joyful sobbing)
The funny secret character I mentioned earlier. She was an antagonist in a previous project, and used to constantly torment the main character and his friends, but she's toned it down nowadays, after getting one of those fancy character arcs. She does not play the villain here, but rather as a surprise hero. Isn't that neat?
For a description of her voice, I imagine her sounding "bubbly" (I think that's a type of voice, is it?) and friendly for the most part.

Hey there, Rob~! How are you doing? It’s been quite a while, hasn’t it…?
Hey, hey! Why'd you go silent? (pause) Ah, whatever, I know you're still listening.
(urgently) Hang in there for me, Rob! I've almost cracked this place open!
The antagonist of this game. A bit of a "forsaken" character I whipped up once a few years ago, he alters the world so that he could fit in a story. He doesn't get his way for very long, though.
For a pretty big duration of the game, he speaks unwaveringly kindly and patiently, listening to the main character, who's been having it rough these days. At one point, however, his persona begins to shatter, so a frighteningly angry kind of tone might also be needed.

(nervously) Are you sure you aren't just being paranoid? That's a bit of a farfetched story you have there...
Well, just remember that I'll be here for you, 'kay?
(aggressively) Couldn't you just let me have *this*?!
One of the animatronics the player is up against (he doesn't look like it in the picture, but just trust me on that). He is a very grumpy, but loyal and well-meaning person. In the scenario he's been written in, though, he's very hostile. He should probably sound like that too.
For a description of his voice, I guess I'm open to many interpretations, as this character has been written to be a very normal and boring person. A fairly-deep male teenager's voice should do it. Does that help? I'm not very confident in my explanations.
His speaking lines are very few and far between, actually; the only times he gets to talk are when he talks to the player upon killing them a-la Ultimate Custom Night, and during the ending sequence of the game.
(mockingly) You could've *guessed* that outcome, my friend!
I think my headache is *finally* gone...
Oh, you're awake... (worried) How're you feeling? Are you all right? *Does anything hurt?!*
One of the animatronics the player is up against (he doesn't look like one in the picture, but just trust me on that). He is an overbearingly kind and soft-speaking person, whose benevolence usually knows no bounds. Usually.
For a description of his voice, I imagine him always speaking very softly. He also never seems to express anything in his voice that isn't either divine tranquility, or enthusiasm, and if he does, it's probably very well hidden.

Good night. [chuckle]
There's a reason you shouldn't make enemies, friend.
All of us have been taking shifts watching over you, so you would never be alone.
One of the animatronics the player is up against (she doesn't look like it in the picture, but just trust me on that). Outwardly, she's a very cold person who doesn't speak very much, and when she does, it's nothing that could fill out more than a line on a sheet of paper.
For a description of her voice, she's always talking in a deadpan, almost robotic tone. I also imagine her not being the loudest. I wonder if it's as easy as I think it is.

(firmly) As it should have been.
It was only a matter of time.
Interestingly, the doctors did not find any injuries on you.
One of the animatronics the player is up against (she doesn't look like it in the picture, but just trust me on that). She's an eccentric girl with far too much energy, and a can-do attitude. Her lid is also very easy to blow.
Like the Snarky Young Guy's voice, I don't think I have very much in mind for this character's voice. Something "normal" might be alright. However, for some of her voice clips (like the first two audition lines), I imagine an "evil" or sadistic kind of tone. We won't need this tone too often, though, as it takes up a very small amount of this character's script.

[maniacal laughter]
*Scream* for help! It sounds *heavenly*.
(shakily, on the brink of tears) S-Should've let us known when you were gonna come back from your coma, but.. meh, I'll let it slide just this once...
