Project Overview

Recently I've been getting more into voice acting, and a HUGE interest of mine is Sonic! And I ESPECIALLY love AUs of Sonic - as I've made a couple myself. So I 've made this project as a fun little way to LARP and voice act! This project, the Sonic characters are from a college AU. In which Surge starts a channel and shares her and her classmates gaming sessions and other things. There's plenty of opportunity to mold your character in ways that you like, and chat with others to make unique stories and other things such as that! (you're also welcome not to do that if you'd like to just chill!)

Ooc we'd be recording things solo and together and would upload it all to one channel. Things like roblox games (outcome memories, random horror, etc.), steam games(both horror, fun, and competitive games), minecraft, battle royale and etc. You aren't required to record solo or at all, if you'd only like to be in videos with others and they're okay with doing it! We also do comic dubs and 'podcasts' for filler.

No character descriptions or lines, feel free to grab them from their wikis! My only requirements is that you record from whatever mic you'll be doing calls from (we'll be using Discord) and that it's clear for people to hear!

Not all of these roles will be filled, they are just there to give people options! Please only audition for who you'd like to voice the most. All Characters are 18+ besides those like Tails, Kit, Charmy, and Cream.

For IDW specific characters, give them the voice you think they'd have!

THIS ROLE IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM THE REST!!

That's because this project has a lore aspect to it, a big part of the lore involves music, more specifically Manic and Surge's two man band called Soylent Green. I've been trying on my own to make something she'd put out as an album for a WHILE but I'm really just a voice and a writer, not a musician.

In total I estimate about five songs for this album, about $30 a song but I'm willing to negotiate.

The album would be based on Surge's "OC" which is really her self-insert she uses to vent out her frustrations with her situation, this AU is a no-power AU where the concept of living, thinking, CYBORGS would be make believe, but she and Kit exist as cyborgs regardless and until Surge was 18 she lived under Starline's roof. There was a lot of emotional abuse, and physical abuse in how they'd be experimented on, tested, etc. They were even pitted against another test subject as a way to gage their abilities.

This is going in the middle so people can't skim to the end and say they read it!! At the end of your demo, to ensure you've read all of this, please include a clip of the weezer buddy holly riff .. I just thought that'd be funny LOL! If you do not do this you will be automatically denied.

I want someone who can work with me to make this a real thing, I think it'd add a nice touch to our series. You'd be 100% credited and compensated for the work.

I need someone who can make music similar- but not same -to the links below, it's preferred that you can also help with lyrics as I have never been good with that, either. I'll provide my voice for the music as I voice Surge The Tenrec in this project.
