His emotions have been sealed off, making it impossible to perform any actions with personal motivation, and the only thing not lost is the reason within the core of his being that not even the bondage of the Command Spells can overwhelm. This side is shown in the occasions when he is shown feeling something like the will to protect Ilya. He faces even hopeless fights with his iron will, advancing to keep Ilya from facing death. He can display general thoughts based on his instincts that Ilya can interpret, and she responds as if having a normal conversation. Archer notes that he is one of the Servants completely satisfied with their Master.

Despite being a beauty, she tends to appear to have a merciless personality because of her thorny aura and cold behavior. But in fact simply a languorous beautiful woman who prefers to spend her time doing nothing. Loves alcohol and reading.

A realist who perform his work in an indifferent manner. Cynical and pessimistic. Yet, he is far from an workaholic, and he is also a playboy who utters nihilistic jokes at appropriate times. Normally he is indeed gentlemanly. However, he is not a true gentleman, but merely playing the part of "myself as a gentleman". He becomes emotionally attached to the Master while saying "what a wonderful lovely voice". He is mixing you up with the songstress of the past. His wish for the Holy Grail is "for the songstress that I guided to receive the greatest honor in the world". Therefore, he will probably care for the Master more than anything.

An anti-hero of evil, but she herself is a young girl that dreams of love. Her timid nature is her own ruin: as a consequence of it, she helps her comrades and overlooks her enemies, and thus ends up displaying human goodness that places her on the borderline of "well, you could even call her a Heroic Spirit". "Could it be that you're actually a good person?" - she herself hates to be referred in such a manner. Also, due to the Skill "Mental Disorder", Elizabeth could not recognize others as human beings, but it seems she somewhat reformed herself - or maybe just matured - and became a more understanding anti-hero in this work. She may seem sadistic, but to her harming and causing pain to others is no different from breathing. To Elizabeth, inducing the suffering of humans (who are all lower level creatures than herself) is her duty. She is an incarnation of nobility, and seriously carries out her responsibility to rule and manage the masses. From this perspective she is very diligent and responsible towards her work. The problem is that to her, ruling and managing the masses means nothing more than their torture.

Saber has a haughtiness that seems to more than compensate for her short stature, overlapping much with the personality of Gilgamesh. She refrains from asking how privileged her master feels by summoning her, and grants them the honor of being her Master. She feels that, as her Master, they can be allowed to act as her equal without having to use honorifics. Often when given the choice to answer to her, only a single affirmative choice is offered rather than allowing for a negative response. She believes that anything she does must be perfect down to the smallest detail, such as a number of flawless victories to make her feel on top of the world after displaying perfection in her swordplay. If her master denies to be her Master, she claims she cannot understand what they are speaking about, believing it to be some form of Oriental humility. She refuses to accept the answer, and declares that her tolerance allows for a single mistake from them. When recounting the Servant Classes, she names some, and then claims that the rest are not of any importance. Only the Saber class has any worth, and as it is known as the best of the classes, it should be obvious that she is Saber.

Cheerful, bright. Someone who nevertheless will become friends with anyone (except with Romans), is overflowing with motherhood, and is pleased with any companion while being openly affectionate with anyone as her own child regardless of their gender. Although Boudica is a warrior who draws on the flow of the Celts to do battle with pride, she is primarily a warm person. If necessary, when the time draws near, she will change into that of a female warrior persona. Because her body as a Heroic Spirit is at an age of her early years, it results in her personality producing more or less a nature of a young lady. She considers herself proud, knowing that her name means “Victory” in her language. She doesn't hate anything in particular, but she cannot bring herself to like the Romans (although she doesn't hate them anymore).

Being a superhuman from birth, there is composure and presence of mind in him. Romulus' human nature is that of Rome itself, which rules the world. To that time, before the Moon Goddess fell in love with him and filled his body with madness.

Kongming is described as a monster of rationalism. The rationalism of Chinese and Western philosophies is incompatible. His thoughts and feelings are more in accordance with Lord El-Melloi II. Lord El-Melloi II only spoke with Kongming for a few minutes, but he calls Kongming a monster from ancient history and it didn't feel like he was talking to a human. Lord El-Melloi II sees his younger self in the Protagonist. However he dislikes his younger self. Lord El-Melloi II's dream was to reach Okeanos, but explains he is not quite ready to go find the boundless sea.

Stheno was pictured as the "ideal woman", displaying an elegant demeanor, an overflowing grace, and the wisdom in her actions and words. It is said that men will lose their senses over the rapturous feeling and swear eternal loyalty to her should just their names pass from her lips. Unlike their younger sister who is an expert in fighting and disliked humans, she and Euryale perfect themselves as idols who liked humans, welcoming the men visiting the island, comforting them, and sending them on their adventure. Though her image on the surface seems to paint that as the very meaning of her existence, that is only to those observing them from afar. She is a devil who loves everything pretty and cute, freely and unconditionally. While she loves humans, it is not as "living beings", but rather in the way of toying with those she likes, embarrassing and driving them to ruin while watching them struggle. In reality, they truly hate men, while their sister is the one who bares them no ill will. They, loved by men, should be destined to be violated by them day after day. Though she despised her fate, Stheno had given up until Medusa became the one to protect them.

In truth, Altera dislikes her more common name of “Attila”. She does not dislike its meaning – ‘father’ or ‘controller’ – but rather its sound, and is somewhat more attached to the German “Etzel”. She calls herself “Altera” and wishes to be known as such, but it is difficult to have her explain the reason. Only to the very small number of people she trusts will she quietly disclose the truth – because "Attila" does not sound charming or sweet. With her excellent instincts, Altera can deal with even the most drastic of circumstances without abandoning her reason – a proud and logical fighter. However, there is a sort of ’emptiness’ about her. Although she lacked emotions while she was alive, Altera gained the ability to feel when she was summoned as a Servant. However, she feels uncomfortable with emotions because she doesn't know how to express them. 

A cunning man. An ambitious person that excels in trickery. His gaze is perceptive and it hides a dangerousness and bottomlessness that one cannot neglect. Endowed with a large ambition and frightening intelligence, Caesar is a master of speech and ingenuity. A genius of incitement. He loves women. He also loves Rome, to which he loves the successive Roman emperors in general. He loves the world. He has a habit of repeating similar words three times in a row.

An intellimacho who leads the muscle-brained army corps of Sparta. Leonidas lamented that “there was no one who could take into consideration tactics properly except for myself.” Like an intellectual who joined a sports-minded company, he lives with his head hurting everyday. Nonetheless, because he is a man born and raised in Sparta, he too is also a meathead—such as exerting great effort and guts, even if for an instant. Thus, he cannot deny this label, preferring to fight like a barbarian. He believes that exerting effort and diligently studying and training is a shortcut to pulling oneself to victory, and that it is connected to the acquisition of a humane life. “You, train your muscles (yourself). In that case, you will be rewarded. However, ghosts are no good given that they have no muscles!!!!!”

Berserker hated all oppressors in life, and he fought the masters to protect the weak, care for them, and heal them. His will to fight was set aflame by those with power, and more than anything, fought them to stand in defiance. He never questions his faith that it is a strength of humanity to endure anything. He only ever acts according to one single thought: "to revolt against the oppressor and to protect the oppressed." Following the most virtuous option, he will choose the path of suffering. He will not strike an enemy in numerical inferiority, and he will only fight back against an enemy stronger than him. He strikes back after stopping the enemy's attack, and turns the table back to grasp victory only at the last minute.

She is the crystallization of Tamamo's more pure and sincere aspects. She is something like a wild cat that one cannot tell what it wants to do, nor what sort of mess it will make. As a dignity of a wild beast, once someone is served as a "lord" (主, reads also as "owner"), she devotes her allegiance until the end. After forming a contract, Tamamo-Cat will turn into a guardian beast that wants nothing but to be helpful to her master (主人, shujin, reads also as "husband"). Once things become like this, protecting the Master, the happiness of the Master becomes foremost and Cat stops thinking about her own joy.

An unwavering man. Darius III's expression at peacetime is calm. An indomitable man with an unshakable fighting spirit. Although he still gives off the style of a monarch, his extremely high Madness Enhancement has scattered most of that human nature. In contrary to the sternness of his fights, strangely, Darius III's reactions towards his master are mostly obedient. Maybe it depends on the summoning system or in the Master's qualities as he does not run wildly in normal times, and comparatively listens properly to what he is told. His effective Disengage Skill is also not wasted when retreating from battle. However, since he is usually silent, there is not much point in conversing with him.

A notorious playboy in the olden days from the present. After being shot to death by Artemis, due to her actions, Orion became adorable (... adorable?) as he was transformed into a mascot character. Characteristically, Orion is lazy and irresponsible, yet he is shrewd too, occasionally evading Artemis' accusations of having an affair splendidly. In relation to Artemis, as he is in the vicinity of her trying to have an affair that will breach their relationship, it can be said to be a feeling that he is constantly in danger for being unfaithful. They are less like a married couple, and more like lovers who similarly cannot avoid each other, and yet likewise, they can avoid each other. However, in the case Artemis falls into a crisis, he is resourceful to a degree to come to her aid, even being truly reckless in doing so.

Initially introduced as a loving maiden on a stroll in her quest for dango, Artemis is a virgin goddess at an age similar to where one falls in love with romance. Given that this goddess is a happy-go-lucky person, she has almost no regard for human life. Fundamentally, Orion's role is to keep her in check, and she personally dislikes more than anything else the words called "patience" and "perseverance". In addition, she is an utmost fangirl of everything sweet—and especially shows that enthusiasm wholeheartedly and with all of her energy towards her darling Orion. With the exception of Orion, Artemis has no interest in the opposite gender, but she really gets into love stories regardless of it being heterosexual or homosexual.

Rider proclaims her personality as selfish and greedy; she is also devilish in battle. She is a person who has dedicated her life to hedonistic pursuits and sees no difference between a paragon of virtue and a rogue scoundrel. She revels in all things gaudy, whether they are in war or in her private life, and is content to chase after ephemeral pleasures and leave nothing of worth behind, much like the passing of a raging storm. She is particularly entranced with treasures of gold and silver, but her true love lies not with enduring treasure, but those treasures that explode like fireworks and then quickly fade away. As a devoted libertine, all that matters to her is the inevitable crash at the end of it all. A Heroic Spirit who is completely indifferent to the frailty of human existence, she is content to indulge in her own whims and desires until death comes to greet her. She admits it's against her nature to enjoy fighting weaker opponents and she hoped to see her master and the servant grow stronger.

Euryale was pictured as the "ideal girl", displaying a carefree demeanor, an overflowing smile, and the essence of purity in her actions and words. It is said that men will tremble in honor and swear to protect her at the cost of their lives should just their names pass from her lips. Unlike their younger sister who is an expert in fighting and disliked humans, she and Stheno perfect themselves as idols who liked humans, welcoming the men visiting the island, comforting them, and sending them on their adventure. Though her image on the surface seems to paint that as the very meaning of her existence, that is only to those observing them from afar. She is a devil who loves everything pretty and cute, freely and unconditionally. A "cute young girl" who thoroughly behaves like a spoiled child and makes men care about her. While she loves humans, it is not as "living beings", but rather in the way of toying with those she likes, embarrassing and driving them to ruin while watching them struggle. In reality, they truly hate men, while their sister is the one who bares them no ill will. They, loved by men, should be destined to be violated by them day after day. Though she despised her fate, Euryale had given up until Medusa became the one to protect them.

A young woman who talks with her mouth in murmurs and with few words. Fundamentally, she has a quaint and ladylike character, but because she was raised as a man, she is forced to be tough and strongly masculine and hides her “core” that is feminine. She is a little rebellious against authority, and fights with a dauntless courage on the battlefield regardless of her relationship to either gender. Mary is initially hard to approach while eventually "becoming more emotionally attached than anybody else upon opening her heart."

A passionate, beautiful woman. She loves Mary dearly as a close friend, family member and younger sister. She has a character with a daredevil attitude and a wealth of experience, able to treat men skillfully, and she possesses a lively courage that brings shame to men, who is “not afraid of even death, greeting it with a laugh.” It is said that a portion of her “core” is heroic. Anne is very friendly to others unconditionally.

Lily: Lily is pure and trusts people easily. Even towards the Master, she comes in contact with maximum affability. However, turning another way, this is nothing but something driven by the thoughts of "wanting to trust people". Be it the original Medea or Lily, both are filled with distrust towards others. Medea is still completely infatuated with Jason, despite having memories of how events later play out.

Blackbeard is now a splendid all-round otaku. While he can be violent towards his subordinates without warning, he also possesses the bravery to savagely charge at a forest of swords and rain of bullets.

The outline of Asterios' life was that a monster from birth would be defeated by a hero from birth. Indeed, Asterios was slain by the hero Theseus, who had sneaked into the Labyrinth. Even if his essence was not wicked, since his deeds were evil, his fate was to be brought down. Even if - what he sought was not darkness, but light. Due to the unique circumstances of humanity being in danger, she permits Berserker's Master to utilize her husband. Berserker's Master is urged to listen to her should the wish to keep being his Master.

A refreshing, super-talented prodigy who does not reach his wits' end with matters. While David views God first and foremost over all other things, on the other hand, he is a thorough realist. Placing his duty as an agent of God first and foremost, David possesses the strength of will to maintain an extreme calmness in the face of utter desperation, clear-mindedly evaluating his situation in a realistic manner. He does not consider his summoning as a resurrection of himself, but namely a summoning of a person that possesses the spirit of David himself; however, he does not openly feel a sense of inferiority in existing as such. There is no difference in being a messenger of God in both the present time and during his own lifetime for he holds a view of being pleasant to merely feel the grace of God no matter what kind of person he is. On the occasion of being summoned as a Heroic Spirit, he will wield his power to the maximum degree without accidentally holding back. Furthermore, bringing alongside his body is the knowledge he absorbed in greed related to the advancement of technology and human history from the time after his death to the arrival of the present time.

Hector is the exact opposite of Achilles as a hero, a bearded middle-age man who likes to play the fool. He calls himself an "old man" and always fights on the battlefield with an easygoing attitude. He’s ruthless, but not cruel. He attends to things with a slacken mood from beginning to end. One might misunderstand him as lacking in seriousness, but he is always serious. It is just that, he avoids to let such emotion called seriousness show on his face to the best of his abilities. After all, he was also a politician. 

He is somewhat virtuous and a little cowardly. In order to conceal his immature self who fusses over justice, he puts up a frivolous attitude. Values life over death and seems to believe that something warm should remain at the end of surviving. But then again, all these are things that he never obtained, so he can only but shrug his shoulders while saying "such things are like empty dreams".

Exceedingly cheerful and maternal. No matter how old one is, Mata Hari will treat one as a “child” if one is of the opposite sex. However, she herself shuns her fleeting fate of having no fortune. She likes noble people, be it men or even women. On the other hand, she dislikes people who use their political power as a shield, stemming from her past that involved such people.

Placing the importance of the Story above all else, he will lie and cheat and by any means conduct himself that he might witness the unfolding of a grand tale, beautiful beyond compare. Consequently, he tends to distance himself from mentality of the "participant," taking instead the perspective of an abstract, "Authorial" third person. His regard for others differs by individual, dependent on their qualification as a special existence, or "protagonist." He interacts with "normal humans" only in a shallow, dismissive manner, and expresses an extreme interest in "protagonists." In slight narcissism, he frequently drops such self-authored quotes as, "Things bad begun make strong themselves by ill." He's taken a liking to certain terminology from modern fiction, such as "Death-Flagging." With short and effective words, Shakespeare brings to light that what humans usually keep hidden. This is like suddenly being poked by rambling, incongruous words, so one would probably feel shocked.

A cheerful hero, abundant with righteousness. Arash often smiles at and encourages people. During peaceful times, he is a man filled with tolerance and kindness, and yet, he is extremely calm during times of battle. Although he is endowed with a composed character sufficient enough to instantly and meticulously calculate the trajectory of his bow and all his arrows and shoot a countless number of them at the battlefield, there are not many cases for this person to display that face to others. A man who does what must be done at a time where it needs to be done. There is no hesitation. There is no distress. No matter what kind of era/place it is, he will surely accept the wishes of everybody who desires peace.

Incidentally, his imitation of Benkei is imperfect, and occasionally hints at his true personality through facetious and jesting. His wish to the Holy Grail is to make Benkei's great renown eternal. Although that wish is already half-way granted, so long the deeply ashamed Kaison has a mouth, he will probably continue to narrate eternally.

In contrast with his disturbing appearance, he was very loyal. He accepted the authority of his master and would never betray him. He lacked intelligence after materialization, but that was remedied dramatically after acquiring Lancer's heart. Since then, he was also influenced by Lancer's personality.

Haughty and self-confident, she possesses a flexible way of thinking that loves new things and is not bound by conservatism and common sense. Nobunaga had worked vigorously towards the unification of the country, but her end came from the insurrection of a vassal. She shows no regret about that in itself, saying it was "something that couldn't be helped". Does not particularly have a wish for the Holy Grail, but it is very likely that, due her tendency for unusual ideas, she may use the Holy Grail itself to make some sort of mess.

She has both the facet of a cool-headed man-slayer, as well as a cheerful side that is fond of children. Her wish to the Holy Grail is "to fight to the bitter end". Her dearest wish from while alive, which ended not being achieved no matter how much she wanted to. Even now, after having turned into a Heroic Spirit, she is regretting not having fought together with her comrades and has a wrong impression of herself as a failure of Shinsengumi's soldier.

Assassin is quiet and composed, and while his general tone has a mocking nature to it, he takes it to another level with Caster. He is honorable in battle, always maintaining a degree of bushido, and he is not the type who would attack defenseless women and children. He willingly keeps Saber from exposing her name without any ulterior motives, and he prematurely stops their fight to keep an opponent from spying on her Noble Phantasm and possibly going after the weakened winner of the battle. He has no actual goal in participating in the Holy Grail War. He is not a Heroic Spirit, so there is no advantage to winning for him. He reveals his "true name" without regard, and seems disinterested in Caster's promised reward of making him into a real Sasaki. He only guards the gate while eagerly awaiting Servants to battle.

Ushiwakamaru is a genius swordsman that wholeheartedly adores her older brother, Minamoto no Yoritomo. She respected him as a samurai and loved him for being her brother. Although she tries not to be boastful, she says that he was the most exemplary older brother in the world. Ushiwakamaru likes to have fun. When she was a child, she was rather mischievous since she spent her days playing pranks on adults as a hobby and causing trouble for the monks, all while laughing out loud. Though she is not like that any more as she conducts herself properly to the best of her ability. 

She is a young girl who embodies contradiction itself, combining the dual natures of "day" and "night." She displays a childish manner of speech, but she is truly quick of thought. Rationality dominates her behavior, but there are many inherent weaknesses to her psyche. Her personality is both pure and cruel, and she is inclined to repay cruelty with cruelty and benevolence with benevolence. To her killing is no different than it would be to pick a flower or step on an ant. Her psyche is inherently broken, and mistreatment toward her may result in irreversible deterioration. She uses first person plural pronouns, such as "us" and "we", to address herself, and often lamented the fact that all of the voices she heard on the streets would never mourn "them."

Madness Enhancement has robbed her of most of her linguistic ability, limiting her responses to head-shaking and grunts; the only time she was able to speak was when she was summoned and when she was trying to kill herself along with Saber of Red using her Blasted Tree. She can differentiate friend and foe, and she is able to communicate simple ideas. Due to a lack of skill in expression, and fearful of her own monstrous nature, she maintains a shy silence that conceals her high intelligence and empathetic capabilities, except for the emotion of sorrow. She prefers to remain in material form, and she sullenly moans when forced by Caules to remain in spiritual form. Rather than running wild, she prefers to pick flowers in the castle's courtyard garden or stare at the sky. She dislikes the overly-friendly Rider of Black, only rarely responding to his inquisitive attempts to speak with her out of annoyance. Extremely mindful of energy conservation, she will turn off the lights in the bathroom if her Master leaves them on after use and directly unplug the PC's power plug.

Charles possesses a strict personality, but displays a weakness towards innocent females and astute females. During life, he possessed a dream of a "possible future" that vanished with his death, but that future manifests with him in his current form. He wishes to use the Holy Grail for the "the advent of a world of steam civilization", but also feels that the modern world itself is not too bad after acquiring knowledge of it upon being summoned. He can be described as a "reliable ally" depending on the nature of his Master.

He follows a simple style of ruling, acquiring worthy treasures and guarding them. He exterminates those that stand in the way of his enjoyment without exception. All living beings are "something that is about to die" or "something that will one day die." If he decides that there is a "being that should die this moment", he will simply execute the sentence no matter if they should be a sage or a god. If it is an astute judgment synonymous to universal truth, or even a misrule during a drunken stupor, anything carried out by him, the absolute king, becomes the indisputable sentence of the king. He is extremely arrogant and selfish, believing himself to be the sole potentate and only king of the world even many millennia after his death. He cannot acknowledge the authority of anyone, including that of other kings and especially that of the gods. He considers all those around him as inferior due to this fact, viewing all other kings and heroes as a collection of mongrels, and loathes any individual who would try to be on the same level as him. The only exception is Enkidu, who he considered to be his equal and only friend. He responds to Iskander's request to form an alliance with him by saying "It is unfortunate, but I do not require a second friend. Past and future, my companion will only be one."

Dubbed as the "Professor Thunder and Lightning" by Mark Twain, Archer is a haughty individual recognized as a "devil of fierce and magnificent intellect." His wish upon the Holy Grail is "to complete the Nikola Tesla World System", to bring about the "advent of a new world in which interacting electric currents come and go in space itself." He is willing to spare no efforts in the restoration of human history for the sake of that wish.

Caster is the mirror image of Alice with the same personality, but she truly cares about her master and doesn't want to lose her. Unlike Alice, she is not shy, only emotionless and bored. She claims that being Alice's Servant makes her happy, and being the Servant of another wouldn't be the same.

A wise woman who grasps every incident and all origins, but does not speak of these understandings. To say why she doesn't talk about these, concerning her, she already moved on from this World. For example, even if the World falls into a crisis, it would be a discourtesy to "those who presently live in the World" to personally resolve the problem and have herself stand out since it will result in those people's opportunity for growth to be taken away. So basically, Scáthach does not cooperate or participate in direct battle and refrains from giving advice... Although, it can be said that, given that she has a genuine fondness for battle, she deceives herself by attaching a reason one way or another and participates in local battles, demonstrating some of her special moves. After taking away the turns of the other Servants like that, she returns to her room alone to reflect on her actions with regret.

Big-hearted. A man of broad-mindedness that does not care very much about trivial matters. Greatly generous, without jealously, and doesn't know and feel fear. Humane and sincere. Even to an opponent judged to be trustworthy, Fergus has the tolerance to show and share his heaps of generosity in his first meeting with that opponent. However, he never permits betrayal, and he will not forgive one who does it, whether they are a king or not. He always keep the promises he exchanges.

Lancer is an extremely proud and noble knight who wishes to serve his lord to the best of his abilities. The geis laid upon him by Gráinne was taken by Lancer as a test of his pride. He never once blamed her for forcing it upon him, and he truly admired her ability to throw away her pride, title, and future for the sake of her love. He was constantly distressed by the fact that he betrayed his lord, and even as he died while Fionn did nothing, he did not blame his lord for his actions. Lancer believed that despite the cruel twist of fate that led him down this path, the days spent with his lord and his love were used to the fullest.

A scholarly magus who is intellectual and calm, Paracelsus is mild and does not enjoy combat. He is cool and collected without his posture being thrown off-balance. He shows joy in guiding and teaching young companions, frequently expressing this joy as a smile. As a rare magus, Paracelsus advocates that human affection is more precious than anything. He regards the modern magi far and wide as the descendants of the pupils that inherited his teachings, receiving them with open affection as if they were his children, and loving them equally as far as the world permits that love. He believes that these descendants are the future, being those that hold infinite possibilities whose accumulation will lead them to the root of the world’s truth. To the common magus individual with an esteemed family bloodline, his words are close to madness, but he does not intend to bend his beliefs. He is, naturally, a mad scientist.

Saber is extremely prideful and haughty, boasting herself to be equal or better than her father in the ways of ruling and swordsmanship, and believes only her status as the child of Morgan caused her to be rejected. Rather than simply wish on the Grail to become king, she instead wishes to use it to challenge the sword of appointment as a method of proving kingship that even her father could not deny. She does not even think of failure, boasting overpowering words from a clear and unclouded voice that shows dignity befitting of a king. She abhors any discussion of her gender, displaying clear killing intent even towards her own Master. She says with no uncertainty that the topic is never to be brought up before her. She does not display any issue in wearing clothing that shows off her body. 

His personality is cold and unforgiving. Although conversing with him may give the impression that he is indecisive and somewhat boring, in reality he is always deep in thought and has a loyal heart. He gives an impression of being cold and cruel because he believes that most things and events are “normal”, and therefore he does not interfere. Due to this characteristic, he does not really have negative emotions such as hatred and jealousy. Because his behaviors target people’s “true nature that should not be put to words”, he is disliked by many.

Extremely diligent, integrous, just and upright, Arjuna has a flawless personality with no faults to point out and hit on. He has an honest and faithful personality that seems to embody justice itself. At the very least, the people around him, including Karna, perceived him that way. The perfect person in the manner of a superman, he is on a standard that is said to be him being compelled to "having come" to the aid of others like a certain Knight of the Sun. He has no interest in wealth, whether the battle is an honorable one or not. And that is whether it is all in accordance with his sense of values (by the ancient Indian customs) as a warrior. He is self-indulgent with the prestige of the battlefield. 

Henry Jekyll, who succeeded in materializing as a Servant, has come into existence as a dual-existence entity who can transform even his flesh while accompanied with his persona switching over. Due to his Noble Phantasm, he can change places with "Hyde", a persona who should be beaten by himself. Fight evil with evil. While holding an unbearable dilemma, it seems he will obey his Master as well. For sure this time, he believes he will attain the justice that was never yet fulfilled by himself. However, maybe due to being summoned as an Assassin, or maybe because of the Master he lost in a previous summon, or maybe because of other reasons, his Saint Graph is unnaturally warped, and Jekyll is currently unable to completely suppress Hyde. He can barely contain and grasp a hegemonic hold over the other persona, and he has no conjecture of when he can suddenly change. Furthermore, even being summoned to Chaldea, Jekyll is struggling with the inside of himself. However, this too shall probably be settled one day. The conclusion of the conflict between good and evil is close. 

Calm and devoted. There is some loneliness mixed in the gentle smile of this unfortunate shield maiden. Despite behaving like a "doll" with a weak sense of self back when she was a Divine Spirit as the eldest of the Valkyries, after falling on earth upon incurring the wrath of her fatherly Great God, Brynhildr became endowed with human nature and personality due to the incidental meeting with Sigurd. Compassionate and full of affection, she thoroughly devotes herself to the person she came to love. A woman who was supposed to spend her lifetime as a good wife if it wasn't for that tragedy. Although she never stopped loving Sigurd more than anyone else, she came to embrace the flames of killing intent at the end of a cursed tragic fate, eventually ending up killing him and also burning herself to ashes.

That being said, since the Beowulf in Fate/Grand Order has been summoned in his golden age, he is a battle-maniac by nature. It seems that, if he were to meet Achilles or Heracles, he would end up entering a mode of "there is no choice but to talk with our fists!" He lacks most of the merits and demerits from Madness Enhancement, and even mutual understanding by means of conversation is possible. He possesses reason, and it is also possible to have a high grade conversation with him. As a king, Beowulf ruled over his people well, but his current state of mind is closer to a terrorist. He believes that creation and destruction are but two sides of a coin and destruction is only a stepping stone for creation. He might not be a suitable candidate for kingship and he shares this sentiment. He longs for destruction more than any king, and his savagery which allowed him to slay even dragons did not diminish even as he grew old. However, he is kind to the weak (such as his people and females).

An impartial and noble knight who respects and follows the path of righteousness. At the same time, he is open-minded and pleasure-seeking. Fionn does not bear any doubt, not even a tiny bit, about his own charm. "Come now! Nowadays, I am shining!" Like his appearance, his behavior is similarly elegant. However, his way of thinking is comparatively bold. His outward appearance is suitable for his youthful character. One would not particularly catch sight of that tenacious personality in the later anecdotes of his past life. Fionn is aware of the truth behind his own beauty. Regarding his appearance, it was something that he was born with so he does not have to boast about it, but that can be called a pet theory. It has been said that Fionn was a magnanimous man who, in times of peace, spent his days quietly while carrying out hunts and the likes with his subordinates in the knight order.

At a first glance, she appears to have a cold, exclusive character. Although she has a mannish way of speaking and conducts herself as if a man, she is different from a "cross-dressing beauty" since her true nature is helplessly feminine. Despite putting airs of an outlaw, she is a lonely person with an elder sister disposition at her core, so she ends up thoroughly taking care of those she took a liking to.

In his lifetime, Shirou walked the path of suffering and despair. He and his comrades fought for their faith and beliefs, and in return, they failed and died. He once hated everything, from God to humans. He claims that he hated humans, not because they had killed him or his comrades, but how humanity easily accepted it as a repeating system in history where life is priceless yet has no value. He finds humanity to be just like Ouroborus, eating themselves in order to grow. Shirou admitted to his failure, his mortality and his guilt. So, he forsook his heart filled with hatred, for the sake of humankind's salvation. He claims he does not hate humanity anymore, and that he will save the current six billion people and the people from past and future. In reality he is trying to save humanity to forgive himself for not being able to save a single person,he wishes for everyone to throw away their selfishness and create a world where everyone is saved and happy. He desires to make use of the Holy Grail to fulfill his own ambition. He simply wished the happiness of all mankind, for innate goodness to be found in the heart of all humanity and the annihilation of Angra Mainyu: All the Evils of the World.

Rider is known in his legend for being eternally optimistic and completely lacking in sense, and he can be called "curiosity in human form." As a Servant more concerned with the current prospect of a second life over all else, he is one who will, with or without permission from his Master, instantly leave when not in conflict to indulge in the pleasures of the world. He greatly enjoys physical form rather than the usual practice of being kept in spirit form except for battle, and obtaining permission to do so is enough to cause him to dance for joy. He is a frightfully unparalleled blabbermouth, prone to speaking on and on until those involved lose all rationality. His conversations, through no ill intent on his part, have a way of meandering toward maximum social awkwardness. His hobby of adventuring gets himself mixed up in an assorted amount of mischief due to him constantly popping up everywhere. Since he has no wish in special to entrust the Holy Grail, this Servant's motivation greatly fluctuates depending on whether or not he likes his Master. The type who is frankly straight with the person he came to like, regardless of said person being of the opposite or the same sex.

In contrast to his older self, Child-Gil was praised and lauded by the citizens of Uruk to the point of infatuation as tolerant, sage, fair, and moral. The only "flaw" that could be described at the point is that he respected the gods without submitting to them. Adult Gilgamesh declares Young-Gil and his adult self to be fundamentally different, much to the point where he speaks of his childhood self in a secondhand manner. His adult self cannot perceive the memories of his younger self despite an otherwise flawless memory, and he believes Young-Gil to be the same in nature. Gilgamesh says Young-Gil very well may have stopped his growth, or even committed suicide, had he known how his adulthood-self would act.  In Fate Grand Order, when asked the thing he hated, he becomes reproachful to his master but answers that it is his adult self and sadly wonders why he becomes like that.

While his True Name is Edmond Dantès, Avenger perceives himself to be a different person from the seaman from Marseille. While in life he had abandoned his dark nature at the end of his gruesome and tragic revenge in Paris, his powerful and vengeful Monte Cristo persona has manifested as a Servant and is still acting as the "image of a nemesis", so he claims, "In that case, I am not Edmond." Therefore, he will never introduce himself as Edmond Dantès. His catchphrase is "Wait and Hope" (in French, "Attendre, Esperer"), which is a direct quotation from the ending of The Count of Monte Cristo in his farewell letter to his friend Maximilien Morrel. An avenger to fate and reality. Avenger always hates the irrationality and malice that is all over the world. At a first glance, it appears that his hatred is projected towards the whole world except on himself, but he is never a demon that hates innocent people. He hates and continues to deny reality itself that continues to reign while it is still full of atrocities and immoralities. Avenger defines himself as a “demon of eternal vengeance”. He is full of tyranny, releasing every kind of wounds to all people who approaches him.
