Project Overview
About Loaded Bases:
Loaded Bases is a Buddy Cop mod that becomes a Nior where you join DC security. You and a partner investigate several leads throughout the wasteland trying to track down the chem trade. Eventually, you find out there's something more going on with refurbished Synths, reprogrammed androids, repurposed robots, within the gangs of the commonwealth.
Character focused and dialogue-heavy this mod brings more personality and story to Diamond City Security.
Instructions:
I am requiring everyone to have a half-decent mic, at least as good as a blue yeti, and to join the discord(I will send the link in a private message after I accept the submission) where you will share the files and WIP with me and I will give tips and directions. Please save everything as a 32bit, 44k MHz
WAV file, I would prefer each line to have multiple takes so I can choose the best one for the context. Try to have minimal to no background noise, although I can remove it it would be easier just to not have it there.

The stressed-out over-worked and hot-tempered Chief of DC security. Monahan is constantly swamped with paperwork and stuff to do and doesn't have a lot of patience for anything else.

Buggy is a friendly and warm guy when you first meet him in DC security, soon becoming partners he hopefully becomes the player's friend but dies in the line of duty. Much later in the story it's revealed that he faked his death and is actual a cold and intimidating criminal master mind.

Synth Mastermind Buggy: “Who? Me? Surprised you recognized me without the shaggy haircut and the dirt caked into my skin. I clean up pretty well dont I?” (Cold, Smug, antagonistic)
Decker is a sergeant, detective, and senior officer at the DC Security office. Exceptionally well at his job, he's on his last case hunting down the triggermen's connection to the drug trade in Boston. Although he is close to retirement he is still friendly to new officers and willing to help them out.

Skiz is the leader of a small greaser raider gang called The Yellow Jackets, she pulls her small group of misfits together to help deal chems that she runs for larger operations. She can occasionally seem like a Junkie but she's smarter than she lets on.

“It’s called Vigilant, it’s like jet but it ups your sensory shit and creates a hectic amount of neural impulses throughout the part of your brain that deals in visual memory.” (Explaining her new chem)
The sleazebag owner of "Stephano's" a Triggerman shop dealing in chems and flesh. Although he is an absolute scumbag he holds valuable intel the DC boys might have to beat out of him to help them solve their case.
