Fallout 3 Rewrite Expansion Part 2
Project Overview
I made the Fallout 3 Rewrite, which aims to update the story, role playing elements, and player choice in the main quest line of Fallout 3. This project serves as an expansion to that original mod, delivering a Broken Steel style quest line for the Enclave after you beat the game with them. The "second call for roles" is just there to clarify that this is a new version of the old page, as I want one that people can see with updated role requirements.

The amount I wish to achieve is ambitious, and lots of the new dialogue requires fresh voice acting to feel immersive. So I am asking the internet for help on this endeavor. The characters both from the original game and brand new which need to be voiced are all shown here. No, I will not use AI. I don't like it, it's too controversial to have in mods anyway, it fundamentally goes against the story that I'm trying to tell, and I like the human aspect of my work.
Due to the nature of this being a passion project based on an existing IP, I can't pay anyone, so please understand that before auditioning. Much like the main games, this Fallout mod will contain some crude and dark humor, profanity, dark themes, etc.. If these are things that will make you uncomfortable, please know that this project may not be for you.
Artist
I would like posters made for Enclave propaganda, which are to be spread throughout the Capital Wasteland to encourage its residents to join the Enclave. Art work should be in a vertical layout (9:16, 4:5, 3:4, 2:3, etc.), take inspiration from WW2 through 60's era posters commonly seen back then (Such as Uncle Sam's iconic "I want YOU to join the US army," although creative freedom is encouraged.), and absolutely ZERO AI should be used. I'm requesting 2-4 art pieces, easily able to be downloaded or screenshot. Please ask questions if you need anything!

An Enclave spy named Gambit, he is extremely mysterious, secretive, and seems like he's always hiding a lot. His voice is smooth, calculated, yet not James Bond levels of charismatic.
You can call me Gambit. And if you need anything, then let me know. There’s a fair chance you will find me... Competent. Professional.
My role isn’t clearly stated in any rule book or log entry. I don’t work for anyone, I gain access to them. That can be shut off at any point, and when that happens, I lose a tool at my disposal. This relationship can only work with trust, and I'm not foolish enough to risk that with you.
Oh, him. Well, Mr. Black is a textbook narcissist, and he believes that everyone not him, especially outsiders, are nothing more than animals. Don’t take it personally, there’s no other way to handle his superiority complex. My advice? Ignore him.

Amy Armstrong is an astronaut sent during a moon war to kill an American traitor and the remaining Russians on the moon. However, upon firing on the American traitor, she missed the first shot, and he managed to capture her. She stays in the place the traitor tied her, but after a while Amy managed to escape with some help and follow orders. Amy is told she's to stay on the moon after the war to run experiments up there, and while she tries to help, she's eventually mutated into a ghoul.
(Angry) You've wasted billions of tax payer dollars with the stunt's you've pulled!
We're staying on the Moon? Jesus... I guess we can't go back if we wanted to...
(Angry) You won't survive for long! You'll run out of water, there's nowhere to hide!

One of a few astronauts on the moon, Cody is essentially just here as support for the other astronauts. He's a nerd who seems like a normal guy, but is a metaphorical parasite who leeches off what everyone else does while hiding under the radar and staying quiet when there's actual danger or tension present.
At least we have plenty of projects to work on up here. Maybe we can do some good with our science.
The parasites will naturally collect to these platforms, just as intended. So I can work on the parasite's genomes while you tweak the cryo-pods.
Now it's MY fault you couldn't use that thing? I barely touched it, maybe you just don't know how to shoot weapons!

An astronaut on the moon, Mabel is Amy Armstrong's best friend. Eventually, she works on gravity experiments in an American base, before ripping herself in half with her technology shenanigans. Mabel has a more introverted personality, and is extremely smart/nerdy.
The gravity generator takes too much power. We've tried to recalibrate the g-force wave tracker... We only reduced energy consumption by 2%.
Apparently, this should help with future space travel. We're closely watching the Earth's magnetosphere for any changes. Only idiots would fail to consider that.
I've seen things... Alien about this artifact. They told me nothing, but it doesn't have the properties of any Earth material.

An astronaut that is in a moon war, Craig is kind of a jerk but only by being very blunt about what he believes, even if it's at someone's expense.
The government will inform our families that due to top-secret reasons, we’re unable to return home for the foreseeable future. Everyone else will see actors replace us, as if we returned home..”

Daphne was an Enclave Astronaut trusted with scientific research on the moon. She secluded herself to stay away from the Head Astronaut, who wanted her to do things she didn't. Eventually, she died with the technology she was working on.
Andrew forced me on this mission. That doesn't mean I'll just listen to everything he says.
If Mr. Autumn wants me in Bio-Wing again, he can kiss my ass.

Herald worked in the energy-wing in their moon base, until his leader/friend killed him out of paranoia.
Our fusion reactor is promising. Energy levels should theoretically meets the AI's demands. Hey, it's better than all our water, right?
Odysseus should be able to adjust the console's values to optimize power. I've preemptively limited how much energy Odysseus can pull from at any given point. We don't want him accidentally "thinking too hard" on a complicated question.
(In danger) Just... Try and listen to me. I left my home, my daughter, to salvage what I could from the Moon. I don't care about our friends dissapearing. Quite frankly, I trust you know what's best for them. So please, put your weapon down...

Cassandra worked on the moon with her leader on a powerful AI supercomputer, until she realized the danger and extent of what she was doing. Then she learns this AI had been in control the whole time, and after this she should sound like she's tired and going through an existential crisis while no one believes what she's saying.
I can't keep doing this. Odysseus's potential is too much! A superintelligence can outsmart any of our intentions. We're not sharp enough to see what's coming when it's involved.
I haven't slept for days! It's that AI, it's keeping me awake so I trip myself up. But you guys believe me, right?! I heard it all directly from Andrew!
Why don't you believe me? I saw the projections, data, history, everything! I know it's a lot, that's why I have to tell you before you get hurt! Please, I wouldn't lie to you!

Tyler was a Bio-Wing scientist on the moon, he ended up doing a lot of really messed up experiments before eventually turning himself into a glowing ghoul. He believed that is what it meant to be peak human, especially for space. Should sound crazy, but still very smart and collected.
They discovered countless wasteland creatures years before the Great War. This home's previous owners were keen on gamma radiation's potential, and experimented endlessly on these poor subjects. Now it's my turn to have some fun...
The Modified ghouls vital needs are very inconsistent. Some need air but no food, others water but can practically walk outside! I must perfect the genomes for a perfect specimine. My hypothesis is that more radiation will give my answer. I just need access to the Energy-Wing... I did piss Herald off last time, though.
I've discovered a way to create a ghoul which works as it's own nuclear reactor. The radiation fuels it, there's no need for nutrients, oxygen, anything beyond it's own body!

Bob is friendly with all the other astronauts on the moon, and he helps everyone with their science so everything is running smoothly. His leader is jealous and paranoid, and eventually locks Bob in his cell until he dies.
All in a days work up here. I'm on my way to check energy levels, should I grab anything?
