Project Overview
• What is Sleepless? (Sleepless has appeared on this page before, this is however a casting call for the two male characters)
- It´s a story about Aurora, a warrior leader struggling with the loss of her brother. She´s trying to be strong, to power through it, not allowing others (Ember) to help, this makes everyone feel worried and powerless. As the plot moves along we see how someone puts on a mask around their loved ones, and how fast the mood changes once they are alone. Eventually she´s overwhelmed by flashes of her past brought to reality by a mysterious power. To make it out, she must admit her own emotions to herself and allow others to help.
• Minimum requirements?
- You don´t have to have the best microphone, but at least have a decent one please, so that I can understand what you are saying.
- Have discord (or some other way for us to call or communicate)
- Have fun with it, we can always add more lines if you think of any good ones, it´s all about being creative with your characters.

The older brother to the Aurora (main character) and the catalyst to the main conflict of this story arc.
He´s self sacrificial and very powerful, deciding to pay the price of his own life to protect the person dearest to him.
Bearing wings and a flaming sword he takes his steps towards his last battle.

(worried, parental, whispering) "This is dangerous, we shouldn´t be here…"
(Trying to protect someone from a blast, yelling) "WATCH OUT!"
(Growling at the being before them, threatening) "One more step, and it will be your last."
An other worldly being, hunting for an item of high value has found it´s target. Facing our heroes, it looks at them in disgust, lower life forms, not even worthy of being in it´s presence... how dare they resist! A phantom of the past, still haunting Aurora to this day.

(Disgusted, but still with unhuman lack of emotion/empathy): "Such arrogancy…"
(Creepy, slow, menacing) "Found you."
Even though she is small, she's packing more strength than anyone in the colony, and so she leads the power division, which focuses on raw strength and endurance. She likes to express humor and logic through sarcasm but never means it in a bad way. Due to how her powers work she's either completely awake or dead asleep at any given time. In this animated short she plays a cameo role.
