Officer Biscotti (aka Scott) is one of the main four cops in the Cookie Cop lineup! He's more on the comedic side and doesn't take his job as seriously as he should be doing. While he does not have to sound exactly as the voice reference listed above, I will note that compared to the other male officers, his voice is far from deep!

(bored rambling) “I file a lot of reports, I write parking tickets, I starve for lunch! I give some people directions, I file some more reports, and I write some parking tickets! I make a report on all of the reports I file and…did I mention I starve for lunch?”
(trying to convince, nervous laughter) “Oh no! I uh…as many before me have said, I mean- as they say when they’re talking about stuff, such as um…things!”
(easing words, some dramatics) “Alright Madden. This time it’s just you and me. The telescope’s ready, the door is locked, and papa is at a business retreat in Bora Bora!"
Episodes: 9 and 11
Role: Minor
Voice Reference: Lute (Hazbin Hotel)
Voice Description: A velvety, melodious tone, and seriousness
Officer Crinkle is another one of the main four cops in the Cookie Cop lineup!
She takes her job pretty seriously and can get annoyed very easily by others.

(in awe, angry) “Were you about to leave a minor unaccompanied in a VEHICLE?!”
(scornful) *scoffs* “Of course not! You’re what? Fourteen?! You don't even know the first thing about adulting!"
(reporting, firm) “To the Pastrians of Pastry Land, we are doing everything in our power to find the missing citizen. Leaving no stone unturned!”
Episode: 9
Role: Minor/Background
Voice Reference: Tina Belcher (Bob's Burgers)
