Welcome to Milly's Wonderful Dream Restaurant back when it was.....supposed to be functional until an incident happened that caused its closure and no other news was heard from the establishment, until a Nightguard by the name of Harvey had received a newspaper talking about the place...
What could really go wrong? The Establishment looks small and you are only there to preserve the place for 5 nights without robbery right?

Strangely he has no soul(whisper) voice but it's probably just for hunting you down besides a bit of unsettling breathing. He sounds jolly in his normal animatronic voice.
