Without really knowing how, the 2018 promo finds itself caught by a raging snow storm, inside in a mysterious maze-like mansion, trapped by 3 psychotic anthropomorphic creatures! Apparently, cases like this have happened before... MonoSkull has many cousins all over the world, all enjoying to provoke killing-games in an high-school setting... the problem here, is that the students all know each other! And it would be an understatement to say that they don't like each other very much...
Will they manage to face adversity or will they let their ghosts, their inner demons but more importantly, their common history, take over and partition them... to doom? (bam, title drop)

Ren is the new kid in class. She has an hard time getting along with everyone because she doesn't have "a real talent" and thinks (maybe legitimately) that they can't think straight by themselves, hence she often takes big decisions and talks for everyone. Though she appears shy when introduced, she is optimistic and self-confident. However, she can be a little overbearing.
Voice : Clear and self-confident.
1. (determined) ''No. I don't want to... participate. We are NOT going to participate to your big joke.''
2. (outraged) "How dare you ? I... I would like … to... to.... Who are you to treat me like that ?"
3. (stating, worried) ''I get you, Tatsuru, this is rather unusual, but if MonoNeko appears to really be our teacher, your reactions are quite... disrespectful to her.''
4. (intimidated) ''O-okay, I'll watch out. But can you please calm down just a little ? We didn't even introduce ourselves.''
5. (angry, sarcastic) ''Huh, I dunno, my feet just moved like that to come to you. Damn you, feet, so spontaneous!"
Eiji is the Ultimate Street Artist. Even if Eiji has been in this class for a year, he still doesn't feel like he fits in. He'd just rather spend his time alone than with his classmates. However, as quiet and a loner as he is, he’s also rather... appreciated for some reason. It is during the first class trial when chaos has taken over the class that Eiji raises up his voice and helps Ren to get on with it. Not only he is a supporting character, he also grows to become a protagonist throughout the story.
Voice : Quiet and kind of tired most of the time. Is able to « scream like a b*tch ».
1. (to himself, jaded and ironically quoting someone else) “Thinking about it, I can't remember a single day without these teachers telling us: go ahead. Be better. Be the very best, like no one ever was. You ARE the most talented people out there. You earned this shot. You are the very hope of the nation, nay, of the world !”
2. (dumbstruck then sarcastic) “Holy woah. Wooooaaah. What the herds is that ? Should I go or not ? That's such a nice call though !”
3. (surprised, shocked, high pitched) “OH MY GOD WHAT THE HECK IS THAT THING ?!”
4. (annoyed then taken aback) “RAH. Sorry, okay ?! … Wait. Protegée ?”
5. (worried, sorry) “Geez, let me guess... they really didn't hold back this time ? I'm sorry, the class is full of huge jerks. It's sort of an habit, ya see ?”
Shina is the Ultimate Cheerleader. And like a lot of cheerleaders in a lot of stories, she is not really nice. She spends most of the prologue being aggressive, and making dumb speeches. She even starts a fight at some point. However, she will get better with time. Hopefully.
Voice : High. Bitchy. She emphasizes some words a lot. Her voice is so cute it is uncanny compared to her personality.
1. (dismissive) ''Sorry, but you really are not very interesting. I wish I could be an hypocrit and all, but talking to a commoner is about to get me depressed... I can't let that happen again.''
2. (shocked, worried) ''Oh my gosh... this was a living thing! Look at it's bones!''
3. (accusing) ''AND I THINK it's all the more suspicious that we might, I say MIGHT be in kind of a mess right about now as SOME PEOPLE are not able to hold on their tongues.''
4. (menacing, resentful) ''Oh, what goes around comes around you know. Just saying, you shouldn't have applied for class president, dude.''
5. (whining) "This girl's a bad, very bad impostor ! She claims she's part of the class too, but she is just an evil bitch who insulted meeeee !!!!"
Ando is the Ultimate Hero. Surprisingly enough, he is more a Deadpool than a Superman. He barely hides his sex-obsession and his pettiness behind offbeat comments. But he is more intelligent than he looks. Maybe even a little ... dangerous.
Naoki is the Ultimate Parapsychologist and Ando's twin brother. On the contrary, he is rather nice though a bit socially awkward and more prone to mood swings.
Voice : They share the same voice, and the same mischievous tone which makes it difficult to determine if they're joking or not. Ando has a quite evil hysterical laughter, as listed below. Feel free to improvise!
Ando
1. (saddened then trying to comfort himself) ''Gosh, I really don't want to see them again. Welp, brace yourself, Sakayanagi ! Are you the Ultimate Hero or are you just a little pussy?!''
2. (hysterically laughing at someone but trying to make it up) ''HAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!!! No it's just- hehehe.... The Lucky student ?! I've never heard something like that... Well... I mean that totally, well … that... Like... sucks...?''
3. (sassy, teasing) ''Seriously, why so thirsty, girl ?''
4. (irritated) ''I'm not behind this, okay. I, too, am discovering this thing. So can you people shut the hell up big time and let me ''enjoy'' it as well ?!''
5. (troubled, almost flirty) ''That's quite disturbing, cause you know my name... and I don't know yours !''
Naoki
1. (neutral) ''Well, I was hoping you could shed some light on this for me. I mean, the fact that this is literally the last thing I remember...''
2. (enthusiastic) ''Yes, you ? Come on, show yourself ! Don't hide behind Andope like that !''
3. (defensive, in denial) ''NOT TRUE, we're totally different like !.. Ughhh. No need to extend on it.''
4. (jaded) ''… really, Shina, you can do better than this.''
5. (very awkward then chagrined) ''Heheh. Now that is one big blank. We could like... totally insert the Mii Music... Or some random elevator music... I'm terrible at making conversation.''
Rieko is the Ultimate Math Prodigy. She is smart, quiet and dismissive. Rieko hates half the people in her class (for reasons) and is cold to the other half (for no reason). She's a very attractive and resourceful girl, but spiteful and not easily approachable.
Voice : Smooth yet monotone, sexy but not flirtatious. Always sounds contemplative.
1. (exasperated) '' NO. You're not going to be the weird easily-impressed willing-to-do well lucky student of the day. You are not going to speak for everyone. Okay, this school is « amazing ». But how would you know ?
2. (disillusioned) ''Please. SHE's the one who was beating him up.''
3. (dismayed) ''Hum. Can someone tell me what the fuck just happened?''
4. (dubious, meditative) ''I don't know, but I think it's better to see for ourselves.''
5. (stating, direct) ''Well sorry, but I don't « go soft » usually. I'm blunt, but I say what I think. Who are you anyway to give me lessons like this ?''
Kansuke is the Ultimate Insider. He always tries to see the brighter side of life, earning him disappointment on disappointment. Can’t he take anything seriously? Behind a self-assured smile and shitloads of sarcastic comments, is hiding a clever and manipulative mind, already screwed from years of partying.
Voice : Often sounds stunned. Fluctuates between an upbeat and a sarcastic tone.
1. (indignant) ''That's not just « great » ! We're talking about real progress of society ! Communities, gathering together under the flag of partying ! Under this gift given to us mere mortals by awesomeness itself ! MUSIC.''
2. (euphoric) ''HEY PEOPLE, HOW ABOUT WE BURN DOWN THE PLACE !?''
3. (stating) ''It's been proved scientifically that a lot of swearing reveals a bright spirit about a person.''
4. (wondering, dubious) ''Soooo let me get it straight. You're a robo-cat-plushie... with stretching arms ?''
5. (worried) '' And even more importantly, how come EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US came here ?''
Echiko is the Ultimate Recordwoman. She is a legend, therefore she is a little conceited. Tough, she has a decent heart and is very brave in times of need. Also, she says lots of dumb things. Not that she's « dumb », she's just more prone to DO things than opening a book. However, later on, she shows herself to be quite... discerning.
Voice: Chill and conceited. Don't forget that she's a total badass so she HAS a reason to be arrogant.
1. (concerned) ''Guys ! There's more important ! What summoned us on this room exactly ?''
2. (weary) ''Seriously, again ? What is it about this time ? Ando, what did you do ?''
3. (surprised) ''W-... oh SHIT ! ME TOO ! Is it a conspiracy ?!''
4. (upset and hostile) ''I don't like people getting too close to me physically. It gives me the reflex to punch them across the face. And I don't like people TRYING to get closer to me emotionally. It gives me, as well, the lingering need to punch them across the face.''
5. (taunting) ''Yeah right, pull the other one !''
Circe is the Ultimate Voice of the Sea. She used to be pretty popular, but when she started actually saying out loud what she really thinks, people in the class started to dislike her. Now she's sour and on the defensive
Voice : Teasing. However she turns out not to be a pest, so don't overdo it.
1. (amused) ''You know, if you don't use other arguments, they won't believe you.''
2. (sarcastic, then off-trail) ''Skipping the first day of class?! Pft... How could you ? Though I understand, to be honest.''
3. (embarrassed) ''Oh... You heard about me ? That's sweet... and quite unsettling.''
4. (scandalized) ''You don't have the right to hit your students like this !''
5. (serious, confident) ''Someday, when the whales talk, they will swear all their mom's names to their killers. But for now, I have to be their surrogate.''
Tatsuru is the Ultimate Coffee Master. Tatsuru is a scholar that spends most of his time with the popular kids, reading and commenting others in their backs (or not). Suave and pleasant at first sight, he barely hides his nature as a pervert and a coward.
Voice : Smooth and arrogant but can reach high notes when he’s scared. You might need to practice one other accent. Don't hesitate to overdo it. He likes to fake different accents.
1. (stating, passionate) ''Where I'm from, collecting, preparing and serving coffee is more than a discipline. It is an art. An art that made me win countless barista contests. Hence I'm standing right here.''
2. (satisfied, boastful) “Perfect ! That actually works with chicks! I'm so gonna use that trick on this girl over there. Smartass bimbo those I forgot the name, I'm ready for the kill !”
3. (confused) ''Wait a minute ! I'm NOT okay with this. Like, what ARE you, why are YOU here, and WHAT THE HELL is going on !''
4. (alarmed, loudly) ''AM I THE ONLY ONE WHOSE ATTENTION HAS BEEN AROUSED?''
5. (curious) ''How do you do it ? It's rather impressive...''
Tsuyoka is the Ultimate Bollywood Star. She is a beautiful and reserved celebrity. Aware of her good looks and charisma, she has lots of fans and admirers, and affords herself to do and say what she wants. But what lies past her princess facade?
Voice : Sounds pretentious and knows she's magnificent. Might have an Indian accent when talking (not mandatory). Be prepared to sing like a Bollywood singer.
1. (neutral) ''Ugh seriously, Shina ? You're still pissed about something like that ?''
2. (polite, apologetic) ''Oh sorry, I have just been rude, haven't I.''
3. (sassy) ''It's alright. You know, you could use a relooking !''
4. (tense) ''No we don't, may you please EXPLAIN YOURSELF to us 'hoi polloi', Sir KnowitAll ?''
5. (flustered) ''Ghhh, no, separate them ! Right this instant !''
Mishi is the Ultimate Crack Shot. He has a thing for guns and explosives. He doesn’t mince his words, that's why he's getting in trouble all the time. His jerkiness aside, he's a loyal and decent guy, though... he always seems like he's hiding something.
Voice : Soft, quite menacing. Work on your terror shouting!
1. (neutral) ''… that's a terrible joke. What ? I waited 'till you finished !''
2. (stating, sarcastic) ''What ? Some mystery announcement coming from nowhere in the middle of the night ?''
3. (bothered then threatening) ''… yeah, sorry. It's just, you're the 5th person to do that since I got here today. I shouldn't just get mad at you... I should ripp of their heads as well.''
4. (terrified, then painfully) '' W-W-W-WAIIIIT ! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH ! Gh... my dignity hurts a lot right now.''
5. (scared but sassy) ''WAIT A MINUTE, HOW ABOUT YOU FIRST TELL THE OTHERS HOW MUCH IT WASN'T A MISTAKE VOTING FOR YOU !?''
Wakana is the Ultimate Fisher. She is a shy and autistic girl who'd rather look at a scene than give her opitnion. However she does react sometimes, but you’d better not trigger her. She has a tendency to hiss a lot. Yes, literally. To give a comparative we may use Himiko Yumeno.
Voice : Nasal, can hiss real good.
1. (neutral, devilish then hesitating) ''I'm Wakana Urase. I'm the ultimate sinner... Huh no.. I'm the ultimate fisher...''
2. (alarmed) ''Oh gawd ! I don't understaaaaaaaand !''
3. (confused) ''That… smells fishy though.''
4. (defensive) ''Y-yeah but he fought back !''
5. (hissing) ''*HISS.* It's a secret.''
Benjiro is the Ultimate Commentator. He is the bulky guy of the class and is some mix between a jock, a flawless A+ student and a nerd who wears glasses and ugly sweaters. But well, there's no accounting to taste. Tempers most conflicts, he tries to be the voice of reason, but in fact he might not be so involved... After all he likes to watch fights.
Voice : Clear, loud, very confident but clearly hypocritical and patronising.
1. (patronising) ''Come on guys, let's not fight. Though we all know that Shina isn't responsible of all this. He should've let Shina finish her sentence at least.''
2. (accusing) ''Well, Eiji. Why were you missing today ? ''
3. (threatening, quietly) ''Don't push your luck, mate.''
4. (stating, intrigued) ''To be honest, new girl, this situation is kind of surrealistic. We were supposed to have class with our regular teachers from last year, and now they're not here.''
5. (enthusiastic) ''Introduce yourself then ! Make some friends here ! You'll see, everyone here is just lit !''
Yuta is the Ultimate Influencer. Despite her pastel-goth looks, she is a perky, happy-go-lucky girl. Then she claims to be a satanist. She always tries to pull the class together and contain the conflicts.
Voice : High, warm and energetic. She talks VERY fast on her introduction line, so be sure to work on your verbiage.
1. (anxious) ''Guys, please ! Let's not fight now ! Stooooop please!''
2. (distressed) ''NO BENJI ! DON'T LEAVE ME WITH THESE CRAZY PEOPLE !''
3. (vindicating) ''Yes, I understand that you are suspicious of her, but no need to be aggressive or else what will she think of us ?''
4. (surprised) '' Aren't we supposed to have a cooking-staff for that ?''
5. (torrent of words) ''… like, you see, I am very famous online, actually it is more than mere fame, It IS real talent you know ? I am able to apprehend, AND also, to master a wide range of interests such as Makeup, Scrapbooks, Podcast, Music... I've also made some videos about gaming. But I hate gaming. I hate Scrapbooks too, I just do it just for the challenge ya know ? And for the money. But only to keep living. I don't care about anything else than my lord and savior and I do all these things to keep him entertained. You see, I'm a nihilist, and I devote my whole life to Satan. I'm quite a goth hihihi.''
Kazu is the Ultimate ???. He’s withdrawned and doesn’t give a crap, but is more than just an hot-boi. Some may say he's just here for the babes but he’s cool and level-headed.
Voice : Sexy, soft-spoken and apathetic.
1. (neutral) ''I'm right here. In front of you.''
2. (outraged) ''Wait a minute. Who are you to give us orders like this ?
3. (meditative) ''I find all of this ambiance quite inspiring in fact. It gives me the vibe to write...''
4. (truly surprised then spiteful) ''Cuz it's important ? Fine, if you don't wanna help, just go away.''
5. (resigned then pissed off) ''*sigh* yeah you're right. Riiiiight... Oh, it pisses me off ! Maybe I should just let her blast her nostrils. Then she'll learn...''
Jun’Ichi is (well, was) the Ultimate Skateboarder. No one knows exactly when she started ruining her career, but being constantly high on crack and brash has probably something to do with it. One advice: don’t piss her off.
Voice : Comical and raspy like she has been smoking for decades.
1. (annoyed/bored) ''Who caaaares?! (...) Come on dude! You DON’T beleive that.''
2. (very exasperated) ''what? What! WHAAAAT! you don’ see I’m loaded?! Leave my ass alone!''
3. (stunned) ''Geez chill out dude.''

Haruka is the Ultimate Ex-Figure Skater. He’s fabulous and sort of a bitch. He doesn’t hold back on clashing the others, earning himself their hate, but haters gonna hate, baby! He doesn’t have a care in the world. He’s a total spellbinder when he wants to. Many people respect his flyness and try to get in his favors.
Voice : Fabulous, nasal and cracking. Totally grating. Have fun !
