Project Overview

This project will be for a fan audio drama of Doctor Who. More specifically an alternate timeline where the 9th doctor is thrown off his original timeline by nefarious forces and never goes to Earth to find Rose.


This project will have several characters but at the moment i only wish to cast The Doctor and Ceth. I only ask that the people auditioning have good quality mics and are willing to talk on discord or by email. 


This is a fan project, but i feel that the VA's deserve something for it, so i will be paying both the Doctor and Ceth's VA's $50 each.


I will be working on this consecutively alongside my current project, a visual novel. this is a side project i've been working on and wish to try my hand at an audio drama.

  • Update #3- Ceth Cast

    Thank you to everyone who auditioned!

    Ceth has been cast to Bobbiechet! There were a handful of really good ones (with a very good top 3) but i really feel their voice really brought out the energy and emotion needed for this character . As for The doctor, i'm still looking into casting him. i think i may stretch his audition to be open for a few more days just to see if i get any more auds. i have a few that may work, but i will leave it open for a little while longer.

    Hey everyone! Auditions end tonight at midnight PST. As of now, i will not be extending Ceth past midnight as even if i don't get any more auds for her i already have a good handful of shortlisted people i think are good for the role. As for the doctor, we'll have to see.

    Hello everyone! thanks to everyone who has auditioned so far.

    i've noticed a few things in the auditions and want to get them out there.

    first of all, for Ceth, she needs more energy. (especially for the first line) i've noticed a few have tried to go REALLY raspy, but it sounds more like a young boy like that and it can sound kind of forced.

    i'm looking for more of a Rachel Lillis' Misty from Pokemon or Jessica Calvello's Eimi Ohba from comic party. something with a little bit of sarcastic bite, but obviously still a friendly girl. (aka not too low or high, somewhere in a nice higher alto or lower soprano)

    As for the doctor, the renditions i have heard are interesting, but most don't really have that Eccleston sound, (like a Pete Walsh).

    i really appreciate all the auds so far. if you wish to re-audition that's more than okay.

He has a thick Northern British accent and i want the voice to reflect that

This character, well, she's a goblin. 3 foot tall, green skin and pointy ears. She meets the doctor on her planet and is the other lead character and plays the role of the companion. she's generally a good person, but can be snarky and sarcastic when she needs to be. 


I want her to have kind of a cute-tomboy voice, but with a bit of a light gruffness you might hear from a goblin. she's around her mid 20's.
