Divine Shiver: Youtube VHS Religion Horror Series
Project Overview
"Divine Shivers" is a youtube series I thought about while bored in second period math. It started out as a book, but it slowly evolved into a series! I already made three episodes on the channel in the embed link. I voice acted, edited, and filmed the whole video by myself except for episode 2 where I got a friend to help me. Now, for episode 4, I want to hear more voices in my video other than mine. This project is FOR FUN but I do hope it can turn into something bigger in the future. This is also my first time directing something as big as this. Expect me to not know everything, and bear with me lol. Thanks for reading!
Voice Actor
This role is the best friend of the main character, Mike. Jule/Jack is the type of friend to always respond to Mike's texts and calls when they aren't busy. Their favorite sport is soccer, and they unfortunately smoke. I'm not looking for a specific voice. I do want the tone to be medium, but with a hint of high. Try to have a gruff to her voice to accommodate for their smoking addiction.

"No, Mike. Don't worry about me."
"I'll play when I feel like it. I don't have the motivation today."
"Ugh, homework is killing me! These damn teachers don't understand stress can affect anybody at any age."
Voice Actor
Mike's mother, Jacelyn, is a hardworking mother. Since her husband, Mike's father, died when Mike was younger from an accident, it has been rough on the both of them. Jacelyn should have a tired yet optimistic tone, but not all the time. I'm not looking for specifically adults to voice act this character. Even if you are still a teenager, go for it!
- female adult
"Mike, dear, can you come help me with the groceries?"
"Well, I don't see why that isn't a bad idea."
"Because I know my boy is a hardworking young man and wouldn't let these silly grades get to his head."
Voice Actor
An angel. Straight up an angel. I won't say her position in the episode because that's spoilers, but if you get the role, you'll get more context. Just know she's a girl. I want her to have a sharp voice but with a hint of softness when she's quiet. Like somebody who knows when to be nice and when to put their foot down when somebody does something wrong.
- loud
- serious
- female young adult
- soft
"I never knew there were levels to this society."
"If I showed you mercy, that'd be delaying the inevitable that is judgement."
"You think you're better than me for accomplishing this feat? I'd laugh, but I'd be wasting my breath."
