This is a short comic trailer I wanted to make, mostly for fun and to get my upcoming comic some traction. I will most likely not respond immediately to submissions, because of my days mostly being busy, but I will try to make time for listening to all of the submissions (I am mostly free past 7:00 PM EST or 8:00 PM EST, but please do not spam me at those times).
If all goes well, especially during the making of my comics, I may make a full on voice-acted dubs of my comics, but it's not a guarantee.
It was hard to decide because everyone did really well, but I have decided to give Caldera the role! And shout out to everyone who has auditioned for Citrus, because they all did great jobs!
Now, the roles of Screaming Air Conditioner and Starling are still open, and no one has auditioned for Starling yet, so I will be extending the deadline a bit so more people have more chances.
At August 30th, I will be assigning someone the role of Citrus, so be sure to audition before then! And auditions are still open for Screaming Air Conditioner, and I still need submissions for Starling
Sounds monotone, sarcastic, and annoyed most of the time. He has a deep voice, and his accent is preferably American, but I'm good with other accents (British, Australian, Italian, etc)
*Tired groan* “Turn that thing off. I'm not participating in your stupid project.”
*Monotone + mildy annoyed* “It keeps trying to find the nearest hammer and, quote, ‘finish the job’.”
*Monotone* "Alder is eating the camera again."
Preferably loud and raspy voice. She can have either an American accent, or a slight Spanish accent.
*Irritated* “HEY! I am extremely cool! You're just blind to awesomeness!”
*Excited + loud* “MY TURN! Hi, I'm Starling, the most awesome and cool person that these guys know!”
*Challenging + excited and loud* “C'mon! Fight like a man, you air conditioner!”
It's a screaming AC. With two lines. All that's needed is to sound extremely loud, deep-voiced, and manic, resembling Rapunzel finally escaping the tower, but if Rapunzel was mentally unwell and insane and manic and also an adult man and also in agony from blinking.
“I AM FILLED WITH WATER AND PAIN!!!”
*The maniacal, chaotic and very loud laughing of a mentally insane man.* “AUGGHHAHAHAHHAHAA FREEDOM, AUUUUUGGGGHHHHHAHAHAHAHA!!”
