Welcome to the casting for: Deltarune Chapter 2: Sweet Cap'n Cakes Dance Battle | Voice Dubbed
Whaaat? Another project?! That's right, Another Deltarune Chapter 2 dub! This Deltarune Chapter 2 scene occurs during one of your first encounters with the Trio known as Sweet Cap'n Cakes. After the type of music that they make gets banned, They become rebels against the main antagonist "Queen". In this scene, they mistake you as Queen's Allies, and challenge you to a dance battle.
Here is a clip from the game. (I did not post this video, but I plan on recording farther on.)
I will be Directing, Editing, and Posting this project, so I'm not going to be needing any other crew. The video (estimated to around 2 videos containing these characters) will be uploaded to my channel. Contacting will be done through discord preferably, but other forms of communication could work! Excited to meet anyone who would like to partake into this project! If you're wondering why some part's aren't included, it is because I already have them casted.

Please have average mic quality. I'm not asking for something professional studio sounding, but I would preferably not want to work with static-filled non-understandable audio.
Please do not be disrespectful to me or anyone else apart of this or any of my projects.

If you wish to have Feedback in your audition, please say so. If you would prefer it to be private, please also list that in. If you want to retry an audition after/before feedback, you are welcomed to do so! You are allowed to audition for as many roles as you want, but keep in mind If you get a big part, chances are you will have a lower chance at another, as to give others a chance.

BUT WAIT, WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET CASTED?
Good question random curious user! You will be contacted through CCC or whatever contact info you've provided. If you (preferably) Have Discord, you will be invited to the server where I post updates, and are allowed to chat with the rest of the cast.
Before we begin recording, I will send out a transcript of the scene and the video footage of it. Once you have recorded your lines, you will submit them either to me personally, or in the submission channel. I will listen through it and let you know if it's good to go.

Sweet is one of the Musical rebels against Queen, Loving music so much, he uses it as his form of rebellion. He is also a shopkeeper, selling useful goods to the player. He is described to be Energetic and looks up to K_K.
To me, His voice is a little harder to pin down. I imagine him sharing the same "skater" like vibe like the others, but I also personally imagine him to have a High maybe more teen-childish voice, judging by his size and baseball cap. He is also described as "Smooth".
I open up this role to be played by either a Male or Female, because of his tone.

K_K (or Cakes) is pretty much the role model in the Trio. Like his two fellow rebels, he too uses Music to rebel against Queen. He is also a shopkeeper along side Sweet and Cap'n. His personality is also described as "Silly".
I imagine a Skater or Rapper type of voice for him, but a bit More laid back than Sweet. I also imagine sort of a exaggerated Low tone for him. Interpretations too are open for him!

(Trying to reassure Sweet) "Sweet. Don't worry. I think our dancing beat them."
(after attempting to sell nothing to them) "You got nothin!"
(Replying to Sweet saying "She made music against the law." referring to Queen.)
"Unless you make a song she likes."
Cap'n is the 3rd member of the gang. Like the other members, he uses music against Queen in a form of rebellion. He is the final Shopkeeper of the trio, and like Sweet, looks up to K_K.
For Sweet, I imagine sort of like a skater or rapper type of voice. For his range, I like to think around Medium-High, but I'm welcome to other interpretations!
