"Danganronpa: Records of Despair" is a fanganronpa- a fan made Danganronpa project. It takes place in modern day, the participants being trapped within an amusement park. It will be posted on Instagram.
This is a fantasy story and includes nonhumans and likewise. There will be discussion of these topics.
There's a chance I will be adding more roles over time if I think I need more voice actors.

I had adjusted the time to earlier, 2 PM CST, because of my own impatience (sorry /gen.) I'm not entirely well versed on CCC so I'm not sure how the deadline closing works, so I'm doing this instead! The casting should be released in a few minutes to an hour!

Hello! I've made the decision to cut the deadline a lot shorter than what it was before. Beforehand, the deadline was at October 1st. I will be cutting it down to at least the end of this week (September 22-24.) If you are still interesting in auditioning or know someone who is, make sure to let them know to get their audition in soon before the deadline closes!

Aza (She/They) is the Ultimate Therapist and she serves as the story's main protagonist.
She is amab (assigned male at birth) so please keep that in mind. Androgynous voice actors preferred, with someone who can talk in a higher voice.
She frequently stutters and speaks quietly.

He's AMAB and identifies as a man. Male or masculine voice actors are preferred.
His voice typically is in the middle, but it's important that you're able to be as dramatic as possible. Loud and quiet. The more eccentric you can be, the better.
Remember he's a broadcaster, so an "announcer" type of a voice is also good. (He doesn't always talk like that, keep that in mind!)

They have a middle pitched voice, but due to being fairly monotone and tired, sound lower.
They speak fairly quietly. Enough to be heard so not a whisper.

She has a middle pitched voice and an accent. (Undetermined what kind, so feel free to toy with whatever feels right!)
Closest example to what I think she sounds like is Nicole Kidman (Or her character, Angie, from Netflix's The Prom.)

Cassette (He/She/They) is the host, or mascot, of the killing game. He's all over the place, but normally is very childish and immature, preferring to do things the chaotic way rather than stick to rules. She has a general disregard for their own safety, leading him to get hurt very often.

Always has a stutter. It's something they can't stop and it gets worse the more emotional they are.
Although they may look it, IS NOT A ROBOT. No filters.
Keep in mind he's a child.
