Danna and Carey, two young orphans, follow a legend no one dares to question into Gleamlake's forbidden forest, chasing the truth behind the stories to find the mysterious forest guardian. As secrets surface and city's leaders close in, what if the forest was never the real threat?

We are looking for passionate,creative people to help bring Gleamlake to life! Whether youre a writer, artist, animator or storyteller, if you love animation and want to be part ofan exciting project, we’d love to hear from you.

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee the production schedule and keep the team on track.

Coordinate between writers, artists, animators, and voice actors.

Track progress of assets and scenes; ensure deadlines are met.

Report updates directly to the director.

Assist with communication across Discord and Workspace platforms.

Requirements:

Experience in project management or production (even small indie projects counts).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or similar.

Optional: understanding of animation pipelines or indie film/game production.

Payment:

$30 per milestone.

Milestones will be clearly defined (e.g., script draft, storyboard completion, first animation sequence done).

This is an indie-budget project, so flexibility and communication are key.

We are looking for a Character Visual Development Artist to help bring our characters to life through polished, fully rendered 2D artwork that represents how they will appear in the final film.

This role focuses on taking existing character designs and elevating them into high-quality, detailed renders with lighting, materials, and mood. The goal is to establish a clear visual direction that will guide the 3D modeling, texturing, and overall look of the characters in the film.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating fully rendered character illustrations based on approved designs  

- Exploring lighting, color, and material variations  

- Defining the final look and feel of characters  

- Collaborating with the art director and character designers to maintain consistency  

- Providing clear visual references for the 3D team  

Requirements:

- Strong rendering skills (lighting, materials, color)  

- Good understanding of form and how 2D translates into 3D  

- Ability to match an established style while adding depth and polish  

- Experience with character illustration and visual development is a plus  

Payment:

- $50 per character
