Danganronpa: Project Asteria
Project Overview
Danganronpa :Project Asteria is an upcoming fan video series of the Danganronpa franchise. It will follow the general structure of the Danganronpa Storyline but will have a fresh set of characters and rather then taking place in Hopes Peak Academy it takes place in Asteria Academy.
Main Storyline:
Talented Students are trapped in Asteria Academy and forced to partake in a Sadistic, Terrifying,and Despair inducing Killing game. Either remain in Asteria Academy for what feels like an eternity or murder someone without being caught in order to graduate, but risk Insanity or execution if they are caught.
Synopsis:
Every Year, Highschool and College students are given Scholarships to the prestigious Asteria Academy. An academy of the best. An Academy of Ultimates. Ultimate is a title given to extremely talented people who are the very best at what they do. They often specialize in one profession or Subject. Anira Satō the Ultimate Artist Has been given the honor to attend this prestigious Academy. Or so she thinks.....
Warning: Danganronpa: Project Asteria contains sensitive and mature content. Like expected it contains Blood and brutality. Other Than that there is things such as: (Anxiety, depression,etc,.) That will be shown throughout the series. If you are chosen as a voice actor I will inform you about such things.
Rules/Preferences:
•It is preferred that you are 14 or over to audition. It completely depends on how you handle Heavy topics.
• I choose voice actors and Animators based on the their performance.
• Do not go by the deadline for casting. It is just there because it is mandatory.
•You must make sure you can stay for the long term of this project
•You don't need to have any other socials but it is preferred that you list them in your audition if you have any.
• Do not expect pay. This project is being done for fun.
• I would appreciate it if you checked out my original project Darkness And Light. It's optional though.
Workload: Similar to the Danganronpa franchise, For Daily Life it will mostly be voice clips and occasionally some fully voiced lines for cutscenes. The Class Trials will be fully voiced.
• I am giving people early access to this project purely out of excitement. Edit: All ultimate roles with the exception of Lotus Hirai The Ultimate Violinist (because she is mute and I voice her) have been added!

Personality: Gloria Pônos known throughout Serbia as the "Ultimate Guitarist" is a self confident and hard headed young lady. Growing up in a supportive household, Gloria has had many chances to develop a healthy personality. She enjoys speaking with others and if offended in any way, will indeed stand up for herself. Personality/ Backstory:Kou "Shiro" HitoHito known to all as : "The Ultimate Self Defense Instructor" is a well mannered and stern young man who is a preacher of patience.
Kou comes from a cultural,and more confined upbringing. He's more on the quiet side but does not mind speaking with others. He comes off as clever and when put in a friend group he would be described as being quite "the mom friend". Although not daring to show it, he is almost constantly worried about those he cares about. He wears a mask to hide his entire face because of his past. Kou grew up in a village famous for being home to Priests,Shrine Maidens,Spirit Mediums, Geishas,Guujis,and many other people with traditional careers. When Kou was born, his mother was in awe at how beautiful her child was. His father on the other hand, was prepared to sell him off to woman looking to marry younger men. To match this thought, when Kou was 16 his father tried to get him married to an upper class woman without him knowing but Kou overheard this conversation. Out of fear, Kou ran away with his 4 younger sister's and dawned a mask to hide his identity. Due to his past experiences he chose to become a self defense instructor to protect himself,his sister's,and anyone else who may be at risk of assault, bullying, harassment,or any other type of physical harm. Kou has great respect for woman and only results to physical harm when people try to touch him or remove his mask. He is also EXTREMELY honest and will answer any question someone asks about him with honesty. Although he doesn't remember this, he is actually from the same village as Hoshio. As I said, Kou is usually respectful but will not hesitate to fluster an easy target if he so desires.
Voice description: Kou has a medium-deep and somewhat stern voice.
FUN FACT: Kou secretly enjoys reading Romance Novels .

Personality: Hoshio Akamatsu known throughout Japan as the "Ultimate Spirit Medium" is a shy individual who is a tad bit on the eerie side. Similar to his cousin Hyato, Hoshio easily becomes obsessed with people he admires. He puts on a creepy and unnerving front to scare people away from him so they won't talk to him. In reality he's just a kind hearted person who pities people who died in tragic ways. One night, in Hoshio's village when he was a child and sleeping in his Futon, He felt a sudden chill down his spine. He left his Futon (bed) to see why he felt so cold. Hoshio saw a Figure he had never seen before standing right outside his bedroom. Staring at him. The figure had multiple scars on its face and was giving Hoshio a vengeful Sneer constantly asking: "Where is your father? Where is he?" Hoshio was terrified and had no idea what to do. The Figure disappeared and Hoshio went to his parent's room and tried to explain what happened. Before Hoshio knew, he had been dubbed "a Spirit Medium" blessed with the ability to communicate and summon ghosts. Ever since then, Hoshio has felt a constant coldness in his body.
Voice description: Hoshio has a medium-pitched eerie voice that sounds like it is almost constantly trembling.

Personality: The Former Ultimate Interrogator is a kind-hearted young man with a temper he is learning to control. He has known Anira since childhood and is very close to her. To escape his family history of mercenaries he legally changed his name to Rio. He has been banned from many tourist attractions in both Japan and Germany because of his tendency to argue with peddlers. He was originally planning on taking the train to Asteria Academy but was an hour late resulting in his title as: "The Ultimate Interrogator" being taken from him. After Sophia Osone reported the Ultimate's missing on the Japan 10:00 am news he became worried about Anira and decided to investigate. Please keep in mind that he admittedly suffers from Bipolar Disorder.
Voice Description: Rio has a medium-deep and gentle voice. Similar to that of Hajime Hinata or Shuichi Saihara.
Fun Fact: Rio is the secondary protagonist and the older brother of Mark Schmidt. A shadow that Mark is forced to live in forever.

Due to how distrusting he is, he does not go out of his way to reveal that he is the Ultimate Mercenary. Despite the rudeness, when befriended, Mark is one of the most loyal friends someone can ask for. During the class trials, because he trusts Anira he defends her everytime she is accused. Voice Description: Mark has a deep and quiet voice. Anira often has to ask him to speak up when talking. He has a slight German accent in his voice. It is not very noticeable though.
