Danganronpa: Deca-Decay [VOICE ACTORS]
Project Overview
IMPORTANT!
This project will NOT be fully-dubbed. DRDD is still an audio drama, but there will only be specific scenes throughout the chapters that will actually be voiced. Otherwise, videos will use pre-recorded voice lines for the characters.
Additionally, the video currently listed is in its first, original version. It will be remade upon the commencement of the project.
Overview:
Danganronpa: Deca-Decay is a fan-made video series based off of the Danganronpa game franchise. DRDD is not associated with Spike Chunsoft by any means. It is not monetized or affiliated with Spike Chunsoft. All association with the Danganronpa name and brand are within fair use. Please support Danganronpa in its entirety.
In the far future, 10 subjects have applied to an unnamed organization that promises all of its employees a life that they will be set for. When they all wake up in some sort of strange facility filled with greenery, they realize that they all applied for the same company. Is this organization really what it says it is?
WARNING: This project will contain topics such as gore sound effects, disturbing visuals, vulgar language, screaming/yelling, sensitive topics, and depictions of death/violence. By auditioning, I expect you to have this in mind and that you are going to commit to this project.
Requirements:
Everything relating to this project, such as submitting voice lines and other things alike, all take place within a cast discord server. In order to be considered, you must have Discord and you need to have an account of some capacity. Furthermore, you must be at least 17 years old to audition, as that is currently my age. You need to be able to meet deadlines as they come up, and you must also have the proper equipment for recording. (Prevalent background noise and other things that obstruct your voice will not get you considered.)
Danganronpa: Deca-Decay is planned to release videos on an episode-by-episode basis. However, there will be titled scenes that will instead be released in an episode as a "collection". Once a chapter starts, an episode will be released every week. After a chapter ends, there will be a two-week intermission until the next chapter begins. I ask for individuals who will be committed to this project to their full extent at all times. However, be aware that this project is volunteer work. There is no monetary distribution to anyone. If, in the future, this project receives any sort of monetary value, it will be distributed to the voice actors for their contributions to the project.
Characters:
Each character listed below will have a personality and a voice description. I will be looking for this in each audition so that the voice properly aligns with the character I had written in mind for it. I strongly encourage you to not push your voice to audition for characters that don't match your pitch.
Confidentiality:
To those who will be cast, I ask that everyone who takes part in this project to keep everything that is sensitive information to inside the cast & crew grounds. If there is any leak of information that could ruin the integrity of this project, you will be removed with no appeal. I ask that this project be smooth-sailing and that it is crucial to keep sensitive information out of the public eye until release of said information.

FORMAT UPDATE!
While scenes will still remain named and partially-voiced, the new format will be an episode-by-episode format. (If you have seen the casting call for New Earth: Lunareth, you will be familiar with this concept.) Numerous scenes will be compiled and released within one episode, and there will be weekly uploads instead. A more in-depth explanation will be revealed to the future cast.
