Project Overview
A roleplay on a a group of friends who got kidnapped into a cult seeing there friends (most of these roles have already been taken) You see the inner works of the cult and how horrifing it is to be in one, we need lots of people and yes there will be lore. EST TIME PREFERRED

Willow and or now considered Mya-Beck is one of the main characters you will be finding about more and more as the series goes on, she will be more "off her rocker" you can say and more brainwashed CHANGED. most of the line FOR this will likely not be used as scripts haven't been written. Willow moved to sun valley about two years ago, with parents who were never really around, always on business trips, she kept herself busy. Her family always moved around, but Sun Valley was the longest her family ever stayed in one place. She met MAIN 1 and MAIN 2 a few months after moving in and they became friends instantly a few weeks before the summer willow was taken by Markus, the History teacher that all three of them shared. Renamed mya-beck. She is also like really into learning think like nerdy and loves history

The leader of this cult, we need a person who has a good manipulative voice he will be one of the main antagonist. To the students at Sun Valley High, Markus is a fun, relatable history teacher who has a reputation for being very charismatic. He gets along with all his students , from the nerd to the jocks. is trusted by faculty and parents. His ability to look at student records is what allows him to send a letter to the school pretending to be willow parents. Also his close relationship with all the students is what allowed him to get close to Willow and learn her personal life without ever looking suspicious. However in the cult He speaks in a calm, soothing, and authoritative tone. He rarely raises his voice. And when he punishes someone, he frames it as a "necessary correction" done out of love and concern for their soul. Having spent his life studying history he knows the rise and fall of historical civilizations, empires, and dictators, he believes that he is unlike them, that he knows how to avoid ruin. He thinks he is smarter than the other leaders in history.( I think this is where the need for him to create a cult came from, this idea that he had to prove himself to history that “if it was me i would” mentality) Markus knows exactly how to manipulate people. He can read a person's deepest insecurities and weaponize those against them. Markus genuinely believes he is the town's savior. In his mind he is rescuing it and he has a moral duty to shape a perfect, controlled society and that he is kidnapping people to save them from themselves.

The wife of markus and helping run the whole thing but is super brainwashed. As a young girl, she lived through horrific events. She watched her childhood friends get sick, her neighbors starve, and her family lose everything while the outside world completely ignored their suffering. Once markus comes along to fix the town she was the first one on his side. Now that the town is ‘pure’ she will do anything to keep it that way. When MAIN 1 and MAIN 2 are brought to the house, Lilah is the one who brings them meals, brushes their hair, and hugs them when they cry. She acts like she is entirely on their side, saying things like, "I know it’s scary right now, sweethearts, but you're safe here." While acting like a caring mother figure, she is hyper-observant. She notices every micro-expression, watches who the girls talk to, and monitors their compliance. If they pretend to eat but hide food, or if they hesitate before calling the town "family," Lilah notices. She is Markus' eyes and ear sound the cult. (because he is out teaching) She is the enforcer. While Markus gives long speeches about "healing," Lilan is practical, the one who gives punishments she will cut off a rule-breaker's food, lock them in isolation, or increase their physical labor. To her MAIN 1 and MAIN 2 are threats and dislikes the idea of having them in the cult She warns them in quiet Markus isn't around, threatening to like kill them or “make them go missing “

A past detective who got fired from their job from looking into this cult but decided to continue into it and ended up getting stuck while trying to escape Detective Altas used to be a detective, everyone around him told him to stop looking into the rising sun, but he didn't listen, Markus had strings in the police and got him fired. Because Markus had never seen his face, he decided to join the cult undercover to get more info and take his findings to the media, forcing the police's hand. He joined the cult under the idea that he was a sick man looking to be saved. As he slowly progressed into his investigation it slowly became too much how manipulative the cult is made it where it became almost impossible for him to leave as a small part of him from his past still exists, he is slowly becoming brainwashed. His findings will be extremely helpful to Jane and Raven
