The Mage of Silence is a part-slice of life, part-action series about a girl named Mariu who has mostly taken a vow of silence. Despite that, she wants to help out as she can as she is an unique type of powerful healer.
Finer DetailsSo, this is a fanime project I have started working on spontaneously. Initially, I only made the opening for the 2024 Fake Fanime Opening Challenge but after feeling inspired (especially when one older member of the community returning to make their own for-fun project), I thought that I'd like to do the same. I have started with the visuals before I made the script. I also voiced the characters myself as place-holders for when the proper lines are turned in and take their place
Requirements(I forgot to add this when I initially made the casting call, oop)
Have at least a decent microphone. Like it doesn't have to be some greatly expensive mic but at the very least, it has to be better than a laptop mic.

A pretty feisty girl who is somethings a pretty bossy and aggressive but over all means well.
Her voice range is mid to high

"Hey! Mariu! Can you here me? It's Zuzuko."
(surpised) "Holy hell, Mariu! I know that I said "ASAP" but you don't need to go super sonic speed!"
"You see, Pennette is kinda causing a ruckus again. Needless to say, shit is going to be hell."
A peppy girl who always happy to be around her friends.
Her voice range is mid to low
- female young adult
"Zuzuko, you might want to remember that Mariu would take it literally."
(Happy) "That said, it's good that you are able to come over here Mariu!"
(confused) "Wait, I thought Pennette chilled out."
The main antagonist of The Mage of Silence. She very much loves to cause havoc and seems to have beef with Mariu.
Her voice range is mid to high.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAAAAA!!! My my, this was such an easy thing to do~. "
(Aserted) "When are you going to give up, Mariu? I am not backing down, just because *you* wanted to be the hero!"
(sarcastic) "Oh how cuuute, Mariu is gonna be a total badass here. I am totally quivering in fear- SIKE!!!"
A childhood friend of Mariu. He seems to be in the know about plenty of things but usually in the know about her but usually keeps to himself out of respect.
His voice is around the low range
- male adult
"Hey Mariu. It's Quintious. You might want to see the havoc happening."
"Quintious: I saw that you are able to get through the battle. I wanna say.. you did a good job."
A(n at the moment) nameless person that Mariu heals. They are a bit overdramatic but is overall friendly and is willing to give back when they can.
They are basically in the mid-range.
(In Pain) "My everything hurts"
(Happy) "Hey! Are you the nice soul that healed me?"
