Project Overview
Hi my name is Mark, also known as MiCRO MANA. and i'm a small Youtuber (well that was until i deleted all my videos to stay safe from COPPA but i should be in the clear now) i've wanted to make animations since i was young, so hopefully this series is a good way to show it. however throughout this whole year i've come to realize that it's extremely more difficult than it looks, and that i can't work alone. otherwise ya boi is probably gonna burn out, then nobody wins.
Gemini Is a Series Project that I've had in mind for several years now. It's been difficult, however I've been trying my very best to start development on this project. I don't really have an active team or any sort of support to back me up in scenarios I can't really explain, and that's what I wish to change. This Development team I wish to make, must consist of people who are active, understanding, determined, and hard working. If a member does not agree to the terms I have placed, then the likely hood of them staying won't be so good on their part.
Gemini is a 2-D-Animated Web series/Video Game project that I wish to develop simultaneously. now i know that sounds like hell on earth and something that may be impossible to finish, but this is something I rarely see people try on their own. right now this is the 2-D animation side of the project, so don't worry too much on the video game side as much. I'll probably work on it depending on how the series does.
so here's a spoiler free summary of the main plot for the story
Located in the vast islands of the Tinge Kingdom, a Young Boy by the name of Lucid Noah Dreamer has discovered that an ancient prophecy must be fulfilled to determine the fate of the world itself. while he thinks of it as cliche, it's the truth, otherwise the whole world will fall into tribulation with no survivor left unscathed, this prophecy is known as The Battle of Angels, where a union of 4 heroes (The Hero of Dreams, The Princess of Light, The Roar of Salvation, and The Knight of Awakening) known as The Chromatic Geminis will face against a nightmarish being that threatens the whole world and potentially the entire universe itself. join Lucid and the Chromatic Geminis as they all embark on their quest to break their shackles and fulfill their Prophecy.
simple enough right? anyways I made a discord server long ago for the development team to help work on the project, but at this point they've been basically dead. I will say this however, this is all voluntary work. as Much as I'd love to pay people for their hard work and effort, I'm in no position to do so for a while. Until I can get something stable, this'll be purely voluntary work. I know this sounds like a downer, I'm very sorry. If you still wish to help me work on the series regardless, I appreciate your love and support.
I'm Handling the animation work myself at the moment, Which Means that most of the animating will be done by yours truly. Until I can get at least 2-3 other animators with a similar art style as mine on my side to help, then we may be seeing an opportunity for more consistent episodes.
I've been working on the music via fl studio mobile, you know because fl studio on PC is very expensive. I mostly trying to gain a soundtrack consisting of retro 8 bit midi, Orchestral Instruments, Guitar for some of the Fight scenes, and hopefully a Latin choir. Just so I don't focus too much on music I'll need another composer to help with recreating the songs i made, and create the rest of the soundtrack.
for voice acting, there are are few characters that have already been take. really big ones actually. i'll reveal who they are later, but for now, focus on the characters I left here for you. this is for the first few episodes so i don't want to go ahead of my self and it gives another chance for you to volunteer in this project.

Lucid and Vivid are twin brothers who have been separated after a tragic scenario that led to the death of both their father and mother. Lucid, is rebellious, confidant, smug, and rarely gets angry (that is if something extremely devastating were to happen). As for Vivid he's a lot more mature and intelligent. but both of them are pretty emotional. For both their voices try to sound like your usual main teenage male protagonist, ideally i thought the voice that suited both of these two was Jeff Fischer's portrayal of Yuj from Final Fantasy XIII (even tho he's most known for portraying himself in american dad), In any case, just master that voice and try to experiment with it in cases of emotional, enthusiastic, humorous, or any sort of situation or moment in different scenes.(btw for vivid specifically, try to sound a bit more darker and edgier, just to break the confusion between the two)

*Disclaimer: this character is sort of taken, but her voice actor (who's a good friend of mine) has been going through a lot, and I want to support her as much as I can. I'm not saying I'll take this role away from her, but if she feels uncomfortable with it and isn't available often then the least i can do is remove her stress a bit by taking the role off her shoulders. i'll see whats up with her but in the meantime, here's the role*
Soulisia is the Main female deuteragonist of the story. She's usually worried calm, joyful, innocent. But she does get upset and depressed at some points. She's the Princess of the tinge kingdom and the Daughter of the Royal King. However she is stuck with a curse (more will be explained later in the story). She also develops a strong relationship with Lucid. both as a friend, a mentor, and perhaps more will come as time passes on. She must break her curse,and regain her throne in order to restore order back to the kingdom from the main antagonist Radian
I wish for her voice to be a medium to Light pitch young female voice.being a young 18 year old princess and all.

Leo is a boy cursed with dark powers he can barely contain. he doesn't want anyone to get hurt, so he wishes to banish himself to a place no one will get hurt. however he falls unconscious attempting to remove it for good, which didn't end up working. he wakes up in a room with a young boy named Monty, who was the one who helped him while on the floor, said that he wants to help him with whatever is troubling him. so leo ends up staying there to fight of his curse and find out who cursed him.
For his voice I'm looking for a voice that can match his personality, with the tone of a teen/young adult. he's loyal, Valiant, calm and emotional.

Monty Jack Cheese or as he's nicknamed, Macheedy, is a literal block of cheese who has a bratty, and cocky like attitude. both him and leo are under the care of Master Tawny to become strong warriors .Monty goes through tons of training, improving his agility, and combat skills since he's always thirsty for battle. He tries to act tough, but in most cases people just either find him adorable, weak or sometimes even edible, however he gets kinda annoyed when people treat him that way.hilarious jokes and puns aside, he soon joins the main heroes on their journey as his partner shin may have something related to the threat at hand, which motivates Monty into joining them. While Monty may be bratty and nosey, he certainly does have a heart for others.
While Monty is indeed A Boy, he will require a medium to high pitched female/young boy type of voice

The Dark Entity Known as Nightmare is the secondary Antagonist of the story, while he may not be the main villain, he still is quite a huge Threat! He is the embodiment of Darkness itself, with the intent on causing chaos where ever he goes. He has tormented Lucid and Vivid's Family (consisting of a clan of Dream Catchers) for years and he won't stop until lucid's family bloodline is destroyed entirely. In fact, all he desires is destroying every single Dream Catcher in existence so nothing can stand in his way of pure tribulation and chaos across the world.
For his voice I'm looking for someone to match his nature and personality. a dark, vile and powerful being with a low pitch. as long as you match his deep tone of voice as well as his appearance then i'll accept it. ideally like David Lodge's portrayal of Igor/malevolent god/Yaldabaoth from Persona 5. Melody is known to be one of 3 maidens in the castle, and is a true witness of the king's death. she's also the princess' best friend and support. unlike the princess herself, Melody is more self aware, brave, and has so many things to reveal, but can't as the main antagonist of our story (Radian), has his eye on the whole castle and Melody has to make sure that she isn't caught, she also has to make sure that she gains as much evidence to expose Radian from the inside, and updates the princess on what he's up to in secret
for her voice, it's hard to describe, but like I said, she's self aware, and brave, aside from that she is very intelligent. I may not be able to describe her voice, but the best part is that you can help come up with one for me. she what you think feels right for the character from her appearance to her personality

Prank is a night terror, created by Nightmare. with a temper ranging from calm to out right explosive. he does have a condescending, and amusing sense of humor, and a very dark one at that. while most of the night terrors (demons) are created to be mindless and obedient, his mischievous, cocky, prideful and cunning demeanor is what set's this clown apart from the rest, a monster with a mind of it's own.
For the Voice of Prank, i felt like he deserves a condensing but wicked medium pitched voice. Someone who can master and the dominate the tone of a malevolent and slightly insane Clown.
Ideally like Chris Ayres' portrayal of Frieza in the Dragon Ball Z funimation dub, or like Mark Hamill's portrayal of the joker in the Batman Franchise.
