Batman: The Court of Owls
Project Overview
Am working on a radio dramatization/ motion comic version of Batman: The Court of Owls and will continue into The City of Owls storyline. Currently only casting for The Court of Owls. Missing a few character voices, mostly supporting roles. Minimal pay but it will definitely be good experience. I’m a very meticulous director so i’m looking to release a quality product that can lend itself to any voice actors’ reel.
Must have a good mic and an email to get selected for a role. Tone and pronunciation are also key to being cast.
Finished product will be released on Youtube and will be broken down into episodes as I am the sole director and editor on this passion project.

Looking for a wise, gruff type voice. Not necessarily deep. More like the burden of the job has seemingly taken a toll on his vocal cords.
If at all possible, something in the vein of Gary Oldman’s performance in the Dark Knight Trilogy would be appreciated.

Searching for the right type of British-English accent. Would do it myself but i’ve yet to master the particular accent i’m looking for.
Also, must have the right emotional weight that would be spoken with as a father figure to Bruce Wayne. A sort of balance between proper etiquette and caring adopted father.

Looking for a withered, wise guy tone with a slight New-Yorker bronx accent. Bullock is a man with a job to do and that’s all there is to it. It’s a simple role but when done right, it can be pretty great to hear. This will probably be the most entertaining role to cast.

Evidence points to a time of death five, maybe six days ago. When someone decided to use him as a human dart board.
My view is, when it comes down to Gotham, you don’t know it. It knows you.
This role has two monologues that may be challenging but with the right tone and voice, it shouldn’t be too tough to do. I’m searching for something along the lines of Tim Daly’s work as Superman for the DC Animated Series shows. A calm, do good voice with the right amount of politician command and at the same time, a down-to-earth quality. A contrast to Bruce Wayne’s deeper pitch.
Is that what the gossips are saying?
When I look at you, I see an ally. A real one. And as I’m sure you know, this is a city where allies are few and far between.

This role has an issue-length monologue that will require some practice to get the nuance of the performance out.
Am searching for a voice with an upper-class quality. A sort of false etiquette with a fluctuating pitch and a sense of superiority. I suppose it would be similar to quite a few anime characters in that respect but an accent isn’t entirely necessary.
In fact, if the role can be played as a God-complex character without the crutch of a posh British accent, then it’s game over. Hired on the spot.

Will be required to play multiple female roles with a wide variety of range and tones.
Role will be slightly expanded to give a larger female presence to the Court of Owls.
Seeing as there will be a lack of interest in playing extra female roles without any proper recompense, this is the only role offered $25. Female roles are key in completing the world in which any story takes place, whether big or small.
