AXIOM: An Original Animated Project
Project Overview
INTRODUCTION
Hello, all! This casting is for an original Animated Project, called "Axiom". This project will include live dubbing, and require a diverse range of voices supplied per voice actor. This project is looking to cast around 2-5 voice actors.
Those selected for main roles, may be asked to supply voices for a myriad of many smaller roles.
All roles are in the English language.
OVERVIEW
Axiom is about a young law student, named Tenny Hale, who finds he has a capable ability to assist those in need, but this ability may have its drawbacks. This is an unpaid project. These episodes will be live dubbed, and in the style of a drama cd, every Monday and Friday. Do NOT audition if you cannot come to record when needed.
DEADLINES AND AUDITIONS
The deadline for this audition is June 1st, 2021. The script is ready to be distributed, and the voice actors who have been cast will be notified by June 5th or sooner, and required to join the project's Discord server to review lines and the project itself.
WHAT TO EXPECT
+ You will be greeted by Angelily, the creator of the project, who will welcome you aboard. You will be able to interact with other casted voice actors, as we get to know one another on the company's Discord server. Communication on Twitter will also be a requirement. Both are huge requirements for this project.
+ If you cannot make live recordings 3 times when called upon, you will be replaced.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- I ask that you have fun. It's the most important.
- Do not start drama, or initiate any passive aggressive behavior. If you are warned about this 3 times, you will be replaced. Communication is important.
- Please make sure you put your mic in the best quality. I would like for these line readings to sound like natural conversations without any static interference.
- You may be asked to play many characters, depending on the diverse range you display.
- These lines will be done in one take, like a stage play, and read live. Please make sure you stay in character, and have your pronunciation of the lines at their best. You may need to alternate between characters, sometimes one after the other. Please make sure you prepared.
- If you get nervous during live performing of any sort, please do not apply. I do not wish for you to be anxious. Mental health is very important.
- Each episode will consist of 17-18 script pages, which will be read live, and at a steady pace for about 20 minutes. This will be every Monday and Friday.
- This project will be for a month MINIMUM, and may even go on for many months. Do NOT apply if you cannot make that commitment, for you will be required to read lines live every Monday and Friday. If new projects are started, I frequently return to voice actors I've worked with in the past.
WHO ARE WE?
Angelily is a dreamer, and daydreamer. She loves to write and draw, and imagine new projects she'd love to bring to life. She may be shy, but she will try to overcome any challenge to work with those who also want to make their dreams come true.

A young, sarcastic law student who has been struggling with an unknown ability for much of his life. He is very supportive, honest, and most importantly, ambitious. His ambition led him to the prestigious Ivy League School he's attending, but he also aims to use this ambition to overcome his ability one day. For this voice, I would like a young, yet deep voice. Think Arnold from Hey Arnold.
(playful/sarcastic) "So, this little syllabus, Avery, is FULL of assignments. We should hop to them."
(solemn) "I thought I grew past this..."

An ambitious lawyer, and partner of the firm, Glint, Nexus & Wenge. He is very courteous, kind, and outgoing, yet reserved. Alistair is always on the look for new minds to join his firm, and is fiercely against disloyalty and sabotage. His voice is approachable, yet full of experience. Alistair Glint ignores his prominent status, talking to everyone he meets with familiarity.
"It looks like you know who I am. Let me guess. Vellichor? Nalauin?"
"Tenny Hale, right?"
"Yes, your Honor. The people call Marian Richmond to the stand."

Gina Moravec
An assistant of the prestigious law firm, Glint, Nexus & Wenge. Juniper Na is always there to help when needed, and loves to give tours of the firm to young, ambitious students who represent the future. She is easily moved by inspirational stories, yet tough enough to always go after her goals. A fashionable, yet reserved young woman.
(excited) "Correct! Right on the money. Two wrongs don't make a right, and had they thought that ahead of time, the lawsuit would be nonexistent."
(serious) "...It's urgent, isn't it?"
"That's your prerogative. And I'd do the same thing."

An enthusiastic, lively law student. Mark is usually in a good mood, and a constant chatterbox. He seems to be more focused on the social aspect of being a good attorney, seeing as how it comes so natural to him.
(enthusiastic) "Tenny! Hey, Hail-boy!"
(ecstatic) "You think I'll have clients?!"
"I'm just saying. This place would exceed its WILDEST EXPECTATIONS if it were to keep the 'buy a coffee get a muffin' deal! At LEAST once a week."

Blake Dayton is a studious, calm law student. He was the valedictorian of his high school, and comes from a family of lawyers. Blake, however, wants to make his own way, without connections. He's enjoying his time at college so far, his friend Mark making him laugh a lot.
(laughing) "Yeah, Mark, you've been saying that for the entire class."
(taunting) "And you're NOT a lawyer wannabe? ...Actually, that'd explain a lot."
"I tried my best not to fall asleep in class, and I did it. Not sure if I can get through the rest of the day, though."
