Animal Crossing / Danganronpa with Voice Acting Casting Call

Note: The creator of these videos has implied that they may make more videos in the future. Since the request to make a dub for their videos was made months ago, permission to dub future videos in the series may need to be requested again for future entries, if we decide to do so.
The Premise/Story
The basic premise of the series of videos is a Danganronpa-inspired setting, where 16 villagers and other characters from the Animal Crossing series find themselves on a deserted island, forced into a killing game by Tom Nook, where you are only allowed to leave if you murder another villager. After one of the villagers, Resetti, is found murdered in the Resident Services building, a trial is held to find his killer, whose identity is only known by the culprit and Tom Nook himself. If the villagers successfully, figure out who the culprit is, the culprit will be executed. But if they are unable to find the culprit, or guess incorrectly, everyone besides the killer will be executed instead, and the killer will be allowed to leave the island. So will you find out who brutally took the life of Resetti, or die trying?
Casting Call Guidelines
Four versions of the Casting Call are planned to be released, one for each website it is planned to be posted on (Behind the Voice Actors, Casting Call Club & YouTube), as well as being personally shared with friends and acquaintances of ItsKonner (me!), the manager of the project. You can feel free to audition on any site that you are comfortable with. If you have already auditioned for this project, and see it posted on another site, please refrain from auditioning a second time; doing so will not increase your chances, and would ultimately just cause confusion and negatively affect the project’s production.
The Deadline for auditions via email to be submitted will beJune 3rd by 11:59 pm Pacific Time (the casting call posted on other sites will have similar timeframes). If you have any issues regarding getting your lines submitted by this date, please feel free to contact me, and I’ll be happy to discuss a personal deadline for you. It is highly recommended that you view the videos that will be dubbed so you have proper context.
Assuming the project gets enough auditions/attention, I intend to cast one role per person. I want to ensure that everyone gets a fair amount of roles, and not encourage “role privilege” among the cast. But in the bad-case-scenario that only a small number of people audition, double-casting may still be considered.
Despite the previously stated rule, you are free to audition for as many characters as you desire!
You must have either a Discord account and/or an email address to get in contact with you. Discord is preferred
If you are cast, you will be sent a link to a Discord server dedicated to the production of the project. You are not required to join the server, but it is the most efficient way to keep up with the production of the project. If you choose to not join, or you don’t have/are unable to make a Discord account, we will try to keep you in the loop regarding production via email.
Files for voice lines should be either .wav or .mp3. If you are unable to send your lines as either of these file types, we may still be able to transform them into the proper file type, but using the .wav/.mp3 originally is preferred (Youtube videos are fine as well)
You should record anywhere from two to four takes for each line.
Most characters have very few individual lines, and your audition lines may be all that will need to be recorded, in terms of the videos that have been made so far.. Characters with a “ * “ next to their name are the only ones that have to have their voice actors record additional lines after being casted.
MAY 2ND UPDATE: SOME CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS HAVE BEEN ADDED, BUT DON'T FEEL LIKE YOU NEED TO ABIDE BY THEM IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE A MORE FITTING VOICE FOR THE CHARACTER
If you are not cast, please don’t feel offended or take it personally. You were probably just not what I was looking for, but that is okay. Every voice actor is a unique puzzle piece, and you are bound to be a perfect fit eventually, as long as you keep practicing and trying!
