Angelology
Project Overview
Angelology is my passion project that I have been working on planning for a while now. It will be an analog horror series posted to YouTube and/or Tiktok. Professional voice acting and art are not required, all I ask is that you are comfortable with disturbing imagery. Taking slight inspiration from Angel Engine, Angelology will follow the story of humanity being on its last leg, having destroyed the planet with global warming, when the Rapture finally occurrs. Most are overjoyed by this, except they begin to realize that the God and angels they believe in aren't anything like what they had pictured. Heaven is a vast field where those who enter can feel their bodies rotting around them, though they don't die. The "angels" are entities that are curious of mankind, but in all the wrong ways. Those left behind after the Rapture face their own kind of Hell, while perspectives switch between the two. I hope this idea piques someone's interest!
Voice Actor
The voice of a woman, trying to navigate "Heaven" as her body rots.
"FUCK, I WANNA PEEL IT OFF!"
"...I...I thought...I thought Heaven was supposed to be safe...? Th-that's what mom always said...it was a safe place with golden roads...so why...why do I feel like I'm dying...?"
Voice Actor
The voice of a man, left behind after the Rapture, struggling to navigate the world he helped destroy.
"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!"
"fuck...I guess I shoulda expected this...I don't wanna die...but I don't wanna live, either...huh...duality sure is weird..."
