Project Overview
A new drug, Accelerate, as been let loose on to the city streets. The drug has caused several of its users to go on rampant killing sprees before killing themselves. Two dectectives uncover hie the drugs are distributed and the mad serial killer behind it. They try to catch up to the killers tracks but they end up in the killers dark web.

Dan Smith is a detective at the MPD and is put to investigate a string of incidents involving a new experimental drug. He is calm and cool when on the job but can be quite blunt. However, he can act very rashly under emotional stress.

Elli is a veteran cop and detective working with Dan. He acts in a professional manner and seems relaxed and collective. He laments about his old age but stays focused on his assignments.
Whoever did this had alot of anger behind their actions.

River is a serial killer suffering from an inferiority complex that has shaped his construded vision of the world. Its his belief that society and the people around constrict him and his opportunities. He is sadistic and cynical of human feelings. He takes pleasure in breaking down humans and acts of chaos. He is the original source of the accelerate drug and uses it as an indirect means to carry out murders.
What's with that look? Where did all that fierce anger go? Are you so weak as to give up your vengeance Mr Dan. Or perhaps it's fear.

The world has gotten so small, you can change all the little details in the palm of your hands. The world will only continue to be more fragile and people become insignificant.
Leader of the MPD SWAT unit, Connor does what he deems nessacery to accomplish his mission. He is rather empathic and knows how to get what he desires.
If I'm going to to take this basterd down, you need to authorize more "firepower".

Devin is a forensics officer in the MPD. He is abit detached but takes interest in things concerning his line of work.
The suspect had traces of the compound in both his nervous and digestive systems.
Well I ran a few tests on the samples you sent me and get this. One of the victims is Mary Richardson.
Richardson is a senator with only one daughter. He allowed loose criminal activity due to receiving briberies to pay for his campaign. He's daughter is eventually killed by River and is soon hunted down.
Mary? Where is my daughter.

Con is a drug dealer who distribtes accelate to the populace.

A DJ who works at a club that was the site of a murder inccident.
