Project Overview

Short description: This is a passion project created by one and only! Sitting in the back of my brain for many millennial. A Youtube plotted series similar to : The fire and the phoenix, White fall, Twelve. Picture moving novels with little animation. There is a plan for 6 episodes. This is casting call part 1.
| A long district battle in a cold vast desert tundra's between man kind and the Hidden. Monstrous beings who lived along side humans in mythologies and legends, only to then be discovered. A protagonist named Arctic- who is one of the Hidden, fights for the military. Fighting against his family and friends unwillingly.

 INTRODUCTION.
- Good audio with minimal or no background noise. Your voice must be clear and able to be understood. I am willing to attempt to minimize the white noise in the background, but a clear microphone would be splendid!

- I am looking for those who are open with the idea of working and communicating through Discord [ As it is mandatory. ] Please understand I am hoping to work with VA'S who are willing and not drop out under a moment's notice. Communication is key after all!

- Feel free to improvise with auditioning! Some characters may require more emotions or lack of some. Have your own creative liberty as long it fits the character!

-Credits are included at the end of each episode, and we have a casting list in every description. 

- You must send a MP3 file through discord or through Email containing the voice lines. 

- WARNING: Some of these characters have morbid tendencies that may be considered disturbing for most, please audition for a character you're comfortable with. This story is not your regular hero vs villains!

    Additionally, we are slowly going about with the storyboard and writing the script. As you may know this is simply the part 1 of the casting, there are many characters we'd need more voice actors- some may have already been dm'd with a role at hand, though some we need more examples for. 2 new minor characters and 1 extra.   • The Hidden

    Curious about what the Hidden are? Hidden's are ancient monsters who lived along side by us disguised from their true selves. They are much more durable to heat/cold. Advance strength, vision, hearing and can go off months from food. They have been around since the very beginning of dinosaurs. Often times, they are depicted as mythologies or old fairy tales. The main focus of this story. He's quiet and self reserved, within each movement turns into a ticking time bomb. Not one to mingle into other's business or care too much of another's well-being. Though unlike his brother, Arctic stands out from the rest with more of a developing heart.
Looking for a deep Male voice.

  • Uncertain, almost mocking the other.

    [Flustered]] " I... Sometimes can't tell if you're doing this to be an ass or because you have some weird turn on to poke fun at guys taller than you."

    [ let out a suppressed laugh.] " Oh come on, you know one minute you ask for me to be on your side, the next you challenge me to take you out."

  • [Concerned, a hint of frustration in his tone.]
    " What in every lasting FUCK did you decide to come up here for? Shouldn't you be in the shelter's with the others?"
    [Calm and collected. Almost emotionless.]
    " You want to know why you couldn't shoot that creature earlier..? - Because your trigger locks where on."

  • [ The tone is unsettled, repressed anger. Almost about to burst out in spiteful revenge. Threatening ]
    " I regretted the thing's I have done that can never be atoned for, but _NOTHING_ would equal the amount of regret for what I am about to do to you. If you weren't so broken already I wouldn't hold back for ripping another hole in your chest."

    [mumbling silently to himself in exasperation.]  "You should really, _really_ watch your mouth."

Erik is a strong built and handy man with a welcoming charisma. A character you can rely on with no filter added!  [Recurring]

He tends to be fruity and often times make unwarranted jokes. Though when the time comes by, he can be a serious bunch!
I am looking for those who can make a SLIGHT Norwegian accent for this man!

  • [Cheerful, mockingly charismatic.] 

    " No need to mince your words to spare my feelings. Then what is he then? Cause I swear he looks more feral than a undomesticated dog!"


    " Erm, Yeah no. You saying they're going to be one giant baddy like in a kids cartoon? Do we need to assemble the power rangers? Would you prefer that I would display myself on a silver plater then?"

  • [Fearful, attempting to keep calm while in stress. Whispering to another.]
    " They broke through the main gate, I can't seem to have a good view on what these things are but it's best if we head downwards. Safety in numbers."

    " After all we've done. We cannot seem to get a scratch on the big one.. The hell is it here for..?"

  • [ Frustrated strong hold.]
    " Arctic, don't fucking bullshit me. You have to return to the main base NOW. It's not only a direct order from the corporal but from me too! The fuck am I suppose to do without your lazy ass here being cool and distant? How else am I going to melt that dumb frown?"

    " No! He's heading over to the communication center and fast! Whatever you do, don't fucking engage!

A sickening character with a cruel sense of moral. Ant is the main Antagonist of the story.A cruel and violent, foul cunning beast. Always looks as if he is schemeing your demise, hiding behind the smile trapping his true intentions. No kindness minced to his words, no sympathy for others, and you would be stupid enough to try and climb his walls.
Looking for a higher pitched male voice. [ Examples: Envy from Full metal alchemist.] Give him little shit energy! though make him a little more sophisticated! He is a scientist after all ;')

  • [ Strangely unsettling. Happy. Little gremlin energy.]
    " Oh yes! A party to greet the another commoner amongst you all. Oh how I am delighted to meet your new found strength in these trying times! Tell me, how many people have died to fight for your cause?"

    " Me? A hidden, oh you adorable thing. No no. I am a loose scientist trying to make a living.. Least I assume so, the painted images are so vibrant in color. Oh how red can be so beautifully matched on a white canvas."

  • [Restricting kindness, hollow and crude.]
     " Now allow me to revaluate the question, I am not here for a relapse of ones history, feel empathetic towards one another, hold hands, live on with our days with a shit eating smile and await the ending to our stories.  I am only here to make sure that you and your people are aware of the outside rigid tractions in the American officials and the many organizations taking part.. After all I didn't push my differences aside for the greater and damned good for your men, allowing myself to be 2 feet near my Kin who lack a character."

  • [ Once more, Slowly unsettling. Deep in madness set in stone. Make him sound threatening! ]

    " No my dear brother.. "[ A thundering laughter came within his deep cavern, ] " times like this, you should keep your head low if you know what's good for you, Dog. Or else you will loose much more then your freedom."

    [Almost convincing innocence. Mocking, still threatening] " Do you think it's believable?" | " I think you should enact with what little time you have left"

Recurring major character. She is a bold young girl, very daring and brave. Yet she tends to get spooked very easily and knows when a situation is about to be dire. She is untrusting of others if it means to keep herself safe. Adelgonda can hold up on her own despite being young for her age. We are looking for a soft, calculating voice for her. Remember she is young!

  • [Frantic and afraid:] "Who are you? What do you want-?! Not a step closer, stay back or I'll shoot!"


    [Whispered concern:] "You know that... person... monster... guy... thing? He's... scary..."


    [Whispered shout:] "That's your brother?!!"


  • [Curious:] "So... You're in the military? Don't you guys usually have a bigger gun? Actually when I first met you, you didn't have a gun at all. I think it would have killed the monster earlier much quicker... well, you're pretty strong already... tearing the... thing... apart... in  half... with your bare hands...."

  • [Calm and relaxed:] "I've never... felt safe for a long time. Ever since all the fighting happened. It's been scary until you started to protect me... so thank you. For helping."

Liam is one you would call a ball of anxiety. He was assigned when the army was desperate for forces so they casted his mental well-fare aside, if he can hold a gun that all they needed.
He stammer's a lot, tends to fidget and always unsure about himself. I don't have any tone in mind, enjoy your creative liberty here!
He's a side character, may reappear once or twice.

  • [Frightened] "GAH- LIAM REPORTING FOR DUTY- oh it's just you Arctic! Don't creep up on me like that!"


    "I'm trying to hit my hardest, I'm not a very 'punchy' guy like you! I don't - you know - whack people or stuff usually! I don't like trouble!"

  • [ Stammering. ] "I don't know why I joined the military man! I just- they said they needed men so I thought maybe to try it out - listen I just wasn't thinking clear please don't think I'm stupid or- or- I don't know!"

  • {Nervous whisper} "Hey man - I don't feel like this is safe... I mean obviously not that's why our team was sent here but I mean - this place doesn't feel right to me..."


    "The air tastes like spilt oil and rotting carcasses... don't ask how I can taste that-"

He is one of the scientists in the Antarctic base, a tall man with expressionless eyes. Comes off as bitter and pushy. He is a "reoccurring" character who plays a minor role. He is a single father of Adelgonda, 

  • [Soft spoken.] " It would only be a matter of time before winter cast it's shadow over the ocean. The ice will be able to form a path over to the nearest Country over, by then we will have our supplies and rations restocked."

  • [ Stern, annoyed. ] " Peter, words of caution- your thirst of intelligence for this species will lead you to your damning end. I ask of you, as a friend to *step aside!*"

    " I did not ask to be here, I was assigned and forced against my will. They offered retribution but what reward is it when my family's life is on the line?"

  • [ Unsure, trying to hold himself together.]
    " I have done what you've asked, Mallory. I've lead you and your family toward the right direction, and turn the tides once more in earning of victory. Our settled agreement stated... I would be your pawn in this battle, while you let me and my family go."

She is a extra character leading Arctic's group on a mission. She appears in one episode. // We are looking for a strong voice actor for her.

  • " No you are not in trouble, There is a delicate matter that's been discussed by the higher up's, tough decisions has been placed about the current status of this war. Along with others, we have agreed that you two are also more suitable for this expedition. so you will soon be joining us. I apologize for the timing, but this is a urgent matter at hand."

    " We will leave when the storm subsides, till then- I expect all of you to be rested up."

  • [ Strick, almost yelling. ] " Enough! What is the matter with you two? I will not have mutiny in my ranks if it means on keeping you all safe. We are all too far from the safety of our borders to start trouble amongst ourselves! Better yet giving our position away!"

Peter is a person that prefers to work alone after his experiences. It doesn't stop him however from working for the "greater good" or "safety" if the situation demands it. He easily gets excited over his interests, maybe even overexcited. He usually is of a "grumpy and a little sleep deprived" demeanor, however he comes to life really easily when he does what he loves. He's a hotheaded and a daredevil type of person, the one to rush or to naturally gravitate towards dangers. He is intelligent and is able to predict possible outcomes of his actions, but he happens to leave some out due to his nature. He's not as impatient as he was in his young years, that's for sure. Peter is determined to finish whatever he has begun, one way or another.
HE IS A MIDDLE AGED MAN


Polakowski's voice could be imagined as a little hoarse and on the lower scale of deep. Picture a little older Vesemir from Netflix's animated movie about Vesemir, but with a strong Polish accent and signs of sleep deprivation.

  • “ It’s different from the rest, though similar in every possible way. The display of teeth, extra set of jaws. By the looks of it- the mouth splits downwards to its shoulder. Kind of like a split eater. How fascinating!~”
    ” I doubt it’s still alive after what it’s been through, especially out in that weather. You worry too much Aqcuiles”

  • Lets out a suppressed laugh"'' You're very antsy, you know that Aqcuiles?’"

    " Oh but just look at it! It’s almost the size of a bus, what an extraordinary beast! "
