Kiyoshi seems very strange. He loves cats a lot. So much so, he believes he is one. He dresses up as one, at least. He loves cat attire. He implied once, that he has 14 cats at his own home and that his room is filled with cat decorations.
No one really questions him though, as he's been like that for as long as anyone else can remember. He also seems to have an obsession for "anime catgirls” or “nekos” - ends sentences with “nyan nyan”, “meow~” or “purrr”
He likes being pet for some unknown reason and favors intimate contact. He is never really phased by murder, strangely enough. What is he hiding under that suit and ears?
Voice
Kiyoshi has an androgynous sounding voice. He is full of energy but should be able to pull off a 'cute' voice. He should also be able to make accurate cat noises.
